- As I explain in the video, my base was a little on the thin side so some of the paints (orange) sank, I still like the results and will try this colour palette 🎨 again next time to create a mandala 🏵️🔆🔅
Is this a new technique I have created, who knows, I’m calling it a Reverse Mandala/Puddle Dip.

Colours
Base-ShuttleArt Ultramarine Blue with DecoArt Sapphire Blue & Obsidian Oxide Black
Arteza Glowing Peach
Arteza- Electric Plum Purple
Pabeo- Iredescent Orange Yellow
DecoArt- 24k Gold
DecoArt- Pearl White
DecoArt -Ice Blue
Amsterdam -Pearl Violet
Amsterdam -Pewter & Arteza Pearl Space Gray
Paints are mixed 1 part paint to 2 parts Floetrol or just water, some paints also have Vallejeo Pearl Medium
This came out gorgeous, love the orange and violet. This is really cool, good job Kat!

Keep it up! I'd love to see you do it as a star burst..maybe silver, gold and some of your pearl paint? That's what it was looking like before the paper towel..
@@KimLewis-mm9be that sounds interesting, it would need to be a bright gold, the DecoArt 24k gold is dark but yes I can plan that, thanks for watching ✨😊🫶🏻

It's fascinating how the image changes so completely after the towel. Sometimes it's unrecognizable even if it ends up beautiful.

That was a shame. I think you had too much water on the towelling, and you had a lot of paint. Try it with out the water.
