Welcome to humid Florida. Love your rex begonias. They are growing beautifully "on" the terra cotta pots. I too could not keep rex begonias alive in pots so I stuck them in the ground in a shady moist area and they are growing like crazy. The ruffled orchid pot was a great find.
That orchid looked great! 😮 the desert rose even if it's dry can go a little longer without water. They love triple 14 fertilizer and it needs 3 months if dormancy. It's good for it. Sun sun sun and more sun. Heat!
Love all the pots I’m partial to the little elephant because I love them all your plants are thriving really impressed with the begonias thank you for sharing
Hey Carmen..So good to see you...I'm all in for the beautiful plants u have...I'm really trying to be just like u with the plants..ur so awesome and u have some amazing plants. KEEP DOING great things. GOD bless
The baby toes 🥰 so cute. The Monstera pot!!!! I think I “need” one. Yes, this minimalist is ready to buy some pretty pots!!! I’m thinking of taking an orchid outside and attaching it to my oak tree for the summer. Tell me is that a crazy idea 😅
I think that's a great idea Vicky! I wish I had a tree in my backyard to do that with. I only have one in the front yard. I'm scared someone will take it. Haha!
That color blue is so pretty on you, love it! The little elephant pot with the cactus is adorable. How is your Lemon Meringue pothos doing after the repot? Haven't figured out what mine wants yet in regards to light placement. 😅
After many months, how is your planting station holding up to being on the patio? Are you potting up plants on it, or using it to store potting supplies and staging plants? Thanks.
You’re right, it’s not the humidity here but indeed the ton of rain and the blistering sun that hurts the succulents
I love thrifting plant pots! You rocked the thrift shopping, nice job. I hope the storm wasn't too bad. Take care, stay safe.
It's been raining a lot these last few days. But, today it's nice and sunny!

Pretty pot!! Love the colors too
Been growing lots of things in pots with no drainage holes. I water sparingly and never have issues. 🤷♀️
Love your patio!
Good to know! So far it's doing fine. Thanks for stopping by.
Good update! Thanks Carmen!
You are so welcome! thanks for stopping by.
My desert rose lost all its leaves over winter. They are outside now and have tons of small leaves and lots of flower buds
That's good to hear Rhonda! I need to do more research on them. I know they go dormant in the winter.
Everything looks great. Like always love the video ❤
Thank you! 🤗
I put my anthurium outdoor under my Bush and it is loving it.. the Burl Marx is similar to the anthurium
Good to know Michelle, thanks!
I want the fencepost Cacti 🌵
I love the elephant pot
It was a thrift store find. I love elephants!
OMG Carmen, I just bought the same chunky orchid bark mix from Lowes today. Great minds...😉😊
Yup, great minds!
Hi!...I really enjoy your channel. Very informative. June 17,2023🇨🇦
Awesome! Thank you!
I’m struggling with my Rex Begonia right now. I’m going to try your example; thanks for the tip!
Good luck!
Carmen can u do a video on how to cut back the orchid stems after the blooms fall and it’s ready to rest for awhile
Hmmm, I don't know that much about orchids, but I'll do my research.
Beautiful updates🤩😍🤩and pots🥰💞. Your patio is like having a grow tent with nice air flow 💖💖. How often you water your Euphorbia ghost?
It's in a terra cotta pot so it actually dries out pretty quick. I water every 7-10 days.
That color blue is so pretty on you, love it! The little elephant pot with the cactus is adorable. How is your Lemon Meringue pothos doing after the repot? Haven't figured out what mine wants yet in regards to light placement. 😅
Thanks for the compliment Dianna! The Lemon Meringue is doing good. It's under a grow bulb and happy. I haven't repotted it yet.
After many months, how is your planting station holding up to being on the patio? Are you potting up plants on it, or using it to store potting supplies and staging plants? Thanks.
It's holding up great! I use it a lot and it serves great as a plant stand too.
Ahhh that orchid pot stopppp it
I've never seen one like it and I love it. I got it like 2 months before the orchid! LOL!
@@carmenwhitehead haha I do that too. Certain Special pots need certain plants 🌼🪴🍓
What kind of charcoal did you use for the orchids? Thank you
Horticultural charcoal. But, there is an orchid mix that has wood chips, charcoal and perlite already mixed together.
Can we see ur most expensive plants vs cheapest
I'll see what I can do. It may be difficult, because a little cheap. LOL!
😂😂😂😂😂
