BTW Carol, my daughter had some API water conditioner from when she kept fish. So I'm going to start using that in my tap water when I don't have rain water.
If you ever run out of rain water try investing in a Brita filter system. You can get decent size ones that filter your water. It's made a big difference in the way I get purified water to my plants. My plants love purified water 💧 😍.
Thanks for taking us along with you Carmen 🤗. I love your mammalaria, very pretty. Good thinking, get the same plant and if you have your own pot, why not, it’s less than half the cost of the one in a cover pot. Nice syngonium, our Home Depot’s have those in stock a lot, along with the Maria illusion. I went to my local nursery here on Long Island yesterday and I found a gorgeous pink splash in a hanging basket, 4 inch, for 14.99, I was over the moon. My first one didn’t make it, and I mail ordered her last year and it was a lot more than that. Can’t wait for a repot🪴🥰. Thank goodness you got home safely, people sometimes 😒. I loved the variegated lipstick plant, my local HD had that one but I passed it up. Having seconds thoughts about that.
The pink splash is popping up now, you’ll definitely find it, especially in Florida. The lipstick plant is so lush, I’m definitely thinking about going back for it😉. The one you showed was gorgeous
Where have you been?? I haven't seen you in a long while. Hope you're feeling good. I recently saw you on "A Circle of Friends group". Nice to see you again.
I went on a field trip with my granddaughter today. We went to two “local” nurseries. We both got a plant. I love going along with you. Florida has so much different than New York. Our HD has nothing but sad plants. I have that pink syngonium too. I loved the green on the bottom.
Carmen, great video. I am glad you made it out of the rain safely. I know the feeling of a broken windshield when it is raining, very, very scary. I hope you find your schimmmu u call it! Lol
Love that Mammalaria, Carmen, I certainly would have picked it up too! I'm so envious of your milk glass collection, it's so pretty and when you have a piece that can show off a plant so well it's a winner! We don't have Costa Farm or other big North American growers where I am in Belgium but patience pays off world wide! I recently picked up a Syngonium Mojito and a Philodendron White Princess at my local garden centre for 10€ each (roughly 10$USD) as well as a good sized Monstera albo for 30€! I've been wanting those for a good 5-7 years but they were so expensive! I'm not willing to pay triple digits, or even high double digits, for a plant so I wait. Delayed gratification is so very sweet! 😊
Oh wow! Thanks so much for watching all the way in Belgium! You're right, patience does pay off. I've been collecting milk glass for years. It's not a huge collection, but it really brings me joy.
Hi Carmen! That var lipstick was so varigated....mine and others you see barely have any varigation.....the ones you found were so pretty....those crimson princess hoyas were outstanding....if I saw them I would have been tempted to bring home my 3rd he he....awsome you found the Jacklyns! Would have came home with me in a heartbeat! It will take forever to reach MN!
You're the third person that's mentioned that. I'm surprised I didn't recognize it since I have Mark as one of my favorite plants! He would be so disappointed in me!
Hi Again! I have that cactus....and it has never given me any issues! You will love it!...I will pick up another neon syngonium if I find one! Love love love proven winners brand! Weird they didnt have them...I fo hsve the big $30 S.........W....... that you are looking for! No issues so far and it drops a bit when it needs water! Its HUGE! Hope you find one! ♡tina
I would have gotten the pink syngonium you got but also a Manjula Pothos..even though I have some 😂. I can't get enough of it! Maybe if I could find a basket of it instead of the little starter pots I'd be satisfied. But then again, maybe not! 😄
In Colorado our box stores have very small selection and hardly have the 8” planters anymore. They have the 6” for 16.98 now and only bring in 2 varieties at a time
Carmen, your syngonium is beautiful! I have the "Maria" one which has the bronzy colored leaves/green which coordinates well with my greatroom decor. Super easy plant and very low light very much like an agloenema basically. You'll love it! I love the cactus as well.
I would have definitely grabbed 2 manjulas. We don’t get ANY in California 😢 . Our plant selection here is terrible 😞. I’m glad you made it home safely
Hi Carmen! I think I have that neon illusion syngonium. The leaves do go a bit green when they fully mature, but it is so vigorous that it always has a good supply of pink leaves. I doubt you will be able to keep it in that small pot for long. I just this week put mine on one of the moss poles from Temu that you stuff with sphagnum moss. It had air roots so I'm thinking it should do well there.
I went to Home Depot today found the Proven Winners but what I noticed is that my Home Depot here in Spokane Valley doesn't have nearly the variety yours does in regard to plants. Bummer!
It's really amazing the selection in different regions of the country. I do miss my cacti and succulent selection in Phoenix, but love the Aroid selection here. We can't have it all, right?
You had me at the cactus (malamars...I know that's not what you said, but it's what I heard lol). I really like that little fella. I love the pink syngonium too (neon) but I can only. handle one syngonium in my collection. I'm working on it.
I knew you were going to get that cactus lol it’s pretty glad you got the pink plant I got one at Lowe’s in a cover pot but didn’t have a label now I know what it is thank you for taking us along
Pink princess are really not worth it. They revert too easily, not robust like most philodendron. When you do get some nice pink it dies off pretty quickly. Have had a few (they've always been cheap in Australia). Have chopped, propped and cared for them well but they always look like crap. Not worth the hype!
Twice I yelled stop...go back...you didn't hear me LOL I still enjoyed the trip. Thanks
Glad you enjoyed it and thanks so much for coming along.
Thank you for sharing beautiful and amazing plants lovely collection beautiful
the mixed pots are a great deal. Keeping them together is a win and separating them is a win. I love it!!! Oh Mr. Lizard!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I think I startled him, poor little guy! Thanks for stopping by Rachael!
perhaps that green plant that you said was an alocasia was a burle marx philodendron? tanks for the video!😃
Agreed. This was my first thought, too!
You have so many beautiful plants available in Florida and at such great prices!! I love syngoniums and have several pink ones!!👏❤️👍❤️
I liked the pothos that was strongly varigated. But boy, the pink syngonium is beautiful! Yep, I'd get both!
You always managed to get great deals Carmen👍and also are great plants👍
💚🌵🌱☘️💚
Thanks so much 😊
Awww, nice video! I would have stopped and we could have laughed together! 🥰
Some nice plants there!!! 🪴🌿🙋🏼♀️💚🌱
Thanks for visiting! 💚😊.
Love the syngonium; thanks for sharing Carmen!
You are so welcome!

How fun going plant shopping with your granddaughter! Get them started early!

That has to be one of the hardest names to pronounce! But, I do want one. LOL!
All the plants looks so good.
Thank you so much Sue!
Wow what an adventure. I had the same problem with my windshield wiper and of course it was the drivers side. Love your new plant babies.
🪴🌵
It was a scary experience for sure!
I loved them all💚🪴💚 Happy Weekend and God Bless Always 🙏🏽

I love the milk glass outer pot! Awwww...... sorry about your mishap with your windshield blade.
I took it as a sign from God to just head home. LOL!
Pink sygnonium is beautiful. Great deal on cactus. Have a blessed day Carmen.
Thanks so much! I'm really happy with my little finds and especially their prices.
Every time i hear moonvalley friendship plant im always thinking like that plant has got to be a hippie
Yes! You're right, now I'll be thinking that every time. LOL!

I'm really getting picky on what plants I get. Especially when it's close to rent-due date! LOL!
@@carmenwhitehead I hear you....we rent too and it just went up last month $89...
Your neon allusion is gorgeous. I’ve seen them on a couple other RUclips videos. I’m sure it’s as easygoing as the other syngoniums
I hope it is. I was so happy to find the only one there!
Carmen, that is not Alocasia, it’s Philadendron Burle Marks. I hope they send those selection in our area.
thanks Maria! I'm embarrassed I missed it! LOL!
Hey Carmen at 16:42 looks like Burle Marks Philo to me. Good luck finding your leaf joy plants 💚

I found both of mine at Walmart. You may want to check there. Good luck!
Glad the Jacklyns are popping up!! ❤
That was the first time I saw them. They are really beautiful.
6:15 instead of regal shield,...wentii. 16:33 instead of alocasia,...p. burle marx.
Thanks so much for the ID!
@@carmenwhitehead oh yes!!! Anytime carmen! Btw any confirmed names for that Costa farms mystery aglonema?
@@gazmatazz3002 Well, the last comment I had from them was that it's a Spathonema, but it developed a red margin in the center.
