    Excuse me sir,for the picking of calls from another extension, what of the extension doesn't have the pickup key

    So, if you want to pick up from another desk (1) a transferred call from reception (2) to your desk (3) - but another call is coming in to the building at the same time, how do you pick up the call to your desk (3)? On our current settings, if you lift the receiver at the other desk (1) it takes the incoming call automatically before you can press anything. We have Pickup buttons set, but would like to know how to use them
