Thanks so much for the great content creation concerning ShotrOK Support on Toshiba Phone Systems, I have an unusual issue requesting guidance. I have a company phone not performing properly that when this phone receives a call, it goes directly to speaker-type mode when without recipient answering. The caller can hear background noise from the destination and the individual whom the call was placed on this phone is question, can hear the caller without picking up handset as there is a default that auto-answer in a speaker mode. Have you ever experienced this and is there a way to reset back to a normal egular way to revert back to picking up the handset first.

Is this a pbx board
So, if you want to pick up from another desk (1) a transferred call from reception (2) to your desk (3) - but another call is coming in to the building at the same time, how do you pick up the call to your desk (3)? On our current settings, if you lift the receiver at the other desk (1) it takes the incoming call automatically before you can press anything. We have Pickup buttons set, but would like to know how to use them
