People need to use their common sense. This man isn't building a school. All he had to do was rennovate an existing school, it's been over 10 years and he's still rennovating, NOT BUILDING just repairing what's already there. Rennovations don't take 15 years, painting a wall, takes less than a day. What about the infrastructure? Where are the administrative staff, teachers, building maintenance, food service? Will that take another 15 years to organize? The scam is quite elaborate though, I'll give him that.

I agree. Umar's biggest problem is overpromising and underdelivering. Each year he says "the school should be open by next year". He should make a plan for the school to be open and fully staffed within 2 years and make that information public, and then work in silence. His other problem is lack of funding
