This projector gets the job done pretty well. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxS9P8zTOcmQg-hH0QeUi3dspOLyYgQ6dH Bear in mind it's a mini projector but all things considered the picture quality is pretty good. The attached photo is of the projector projecting onto my white closet doors. I still have not messed with the settings but I can't wait for our first family movie night on a larger scale. If you have issues with volume not working with your firestick, go into volume settings and you will find your solution there.

I have the capsule 3. To be honest it blew my mind. Good sound, amazing picture and so small. I only bought is as it was discounted on Amazon as used -£200. Glad I did and the intended use was for camping trips but it is getting used at home because it is that good.

Can you extend the battery life on the Mars 3 with a power brick
If only the capsule had the sliding lens cover it would be perfect
The Mars 3 may have some minor dust and water protection, but the capsule Capsule 3 with a battery bank will run for almost 20 hours. The Mars 3 dies out in about 4.5 on eco if also using it's speakers. Neither of them will work in the rain, so the "water resistance" of the Mars 3 is quite irrelevant. Capsule 3 also has better picture quality, and is currently on sale for $600 for Prime Week!
Don’t forget the mars is 3 times brighter than the capsule. You could probably get the exact same amount of play as the capsule (with a extra power bank) if you reduce the brightness of the Mars to the 300 lumens like the Capsule has.
@jio-lito I'm waiting for anyone with both to do a true comparison. I read that Laser is somewhere between 1.6 to 1.8x brighter than your standard LED projector. So I expect the 300 ANSI lumens min on the Mars is significantly weaker.
@@fonz2002 i own the XGIMI Halo which has 800 ansi lumens, I saw someone make the comparison between the capsule and halo, halo was much brighter especially utilizing both on battery power. But I also have the Cosmos Laser 4k and that thing is so bright some of the light bounces off my textured wall.
Laser 3 is a winner for me .
@@jio-lito The Mars 3 has a 5 hour battery at 300 lumens, which is the base brightness of the Capsule 3. The Marse 3 cannot be charged by anything but its provided 149 watt charger, so when your battery is out, it's out. The Capsule 3 can be charged and run at its max settings for 9 hours on my 26k Anker battery. And if for some reason that Anker battery were to be depleted, I still have 3 hours of playtime on the Capsule 3 left, bringing it up to 12. Want more? Bring a second battery.
So is the Capsule 3 better than the Mars
Corrections its not 16gb its only 12gb when i check my capsule laser so it means they give me a factory defect.?
