Sarah Carey is the editor of Everyday Food magazine and her job is to come up with the best ways to make fast, delicious food at home. But she's also a mom to two hungry kids, so the question "What's for dinner?" is never far from her mind -- or theirs, it seems! Her days can get crazy busy (whose don't?), so these videos are all about her favorite fast, fresh meals -- and the tricks she uses to make it all SO much easier.

I love how "real" you are in the kitchen. So transparent... No bs. Thumbs up to you, Sarah! 💓
Yup, she's awesome!
These look simply delicious!
Pork chops and apple sauce = yummy; pork chops and Apple Chutney = Uber Yummy! What do you think about tossing the chutney in the empty pork chop skillet to add the fond to the chutney? Thank you so much for sharing Sarah!
Excellent!
This is exactly what I was looking for.. thank you! 🙏
Love your channel! :)
I'd never made a chutney before tonight and I'm kicking myself for not trying this sooner. This recipe is so, *SO* good! Thank you, Sarah! 💓
That's mouthwatering
@EveryDayFood SarahC : I really enjoyed your video. I was looking at a couple apples earlier that I have & thought I'd make Apple sauce to go with my tomorrow's pork chop dinner. It's amazing this video In Box on my page. I have everything in my pantry to make this. Thank you for sharing. It's what's for dinner tomorrow & I can't wait to try it.
delicious and yummy
Look delicious, nice to see you again Sarah!
She's the best isn't she!?
Raffy Rillo ...where was she?
Looks great! Will def make especially apples will be ripe for picking soon. How do you get the splatter bits of oil of your skillet? I cooked a piece steak yesterday and couldn't get the stains out of the pan even with bar keepers friend!
Cleaning the pan as soon as possible will help, if they're quality steel pans you should also be able to use a metal scouring pad without damaging the steel. Or boil a mixture of water, baking soda, and vinegar in the pan then scrub with a cloth.
I have 2 really small chickens I want to use for dinner tonight. Your Apple chutney would go great with them.
well done
I have never tried Chutney before as I felt quite skeptical as it's like a jam. I think I might give it a try as I have one apple left but I hate Raisin and would left it out though.
Yum!!🙋🏻😍😘💕
Welcome back Sarah! Missed tou a lot.
Classic flavors with pork and apple. all spice might be good in the seasoning too or cloves.
Chef Rafi's Awesome World I was thinking cinnamon
What would you pair it with to complete the meal
Mashed potatoes and sauteed carrots lol
Sarah, I'm such a fan of how you talk about food and cook it. Thanks for sharing your love!!!
Sarah I love the shorter hair! 💇
I love that you're not perfect!!
I have the same problem of hot oil
Wait a second! I thought I wasn't supposed to sauté with olive oil...?
why no cinnamon?
♥️
Boneless pizza anyone?
It's like a Luau pig roast, just different.
That salt should be enough to mummify those chops😵💫
That is SOOOO much salt! Am I just not seasoning my meat well enough? Isn't the meat going to be real salty?
The salt is only on the surface, so it's really not all that much
Her recipes are great but IMHO she over-salts A LOT and she jokes about it sometimes. :-) Use your own judgement based on your taste.
