Something good players know that most don't is that fragging is really important. Let the bad players cap flags, revive etc. If you can kill people off flags, prevent spawns etc you're doing more for the team, despite people thinking that going for kills is selfish . Good point there Enders, wish more people realised
It depends. If everyone had the push the flag mentality then you would capture every flag, if everyone has the "I kill, you cap" mentality, then nothing gets done.

My fist Battlefield game was BF4 and I can honestly say that I LOVED that game. Playing BF4,BF1,Hard Line, BF5 and now 2042 I feel that the players now aren’t competitive anymore. I have nothing against casual players because I’m one myself, but sitting at the back of the map in a tank I might add is… frustrating to say the least. I also feel that the request a revive mechanic should be taking out of the game. When you smoke and run through enemy gunfire to revive a teammate only for them to cancel and just die is… VERY frustrating. 🤦🏽♂️😫🥴
Nice game play, I'd suggest for any new players or even past players to play a Solo game with AI to get the feel, and also to learn to drive, fly and get accustomed to controls, also get to unlock equipment gadgets faster.
been doing it for ages most of the time the team does not follow you or re spawn on you as sometimes two of them maybe friends and doing their own thing so it gets really tough to balance the fight out for a good decent game and not take to many flags.
I miss conquest the way it was, I mainly played bf because of conquest. But in this game I will never figure out how it works with the 128p, I would say Spearhead is the only map that kinda fits with 128 where you can do quite well kills wise, predict enemy spawns etc.
Either no one ever spots enemies or they arent highlighted enough to notice when they are spotted, because i never see spotted enemies on the map or anywhere. I played Battlefield 3 and Bad Company back in the day, and spotted enemies in those games were highly visible and very helpful. Has that been changed? Or do people truly never spot?

First rule. Know what kind of player you are. You are a cold blooded killer. If you are good at winning 1v1 and 1v2 then this is the kind of strat to use. Especially for flag control. Textbook play to suppress an enemy's ability to even cap a flag. And then assist your teammates by flanking and drawing attention. Which allows your less talented teammates to have a chance.
Does someone know how fast does a captured sector drain tickets compared to only one flag. I wonder if its worth going after a 2flag sector or a one flag sector. Does a one flag sector count as a flag or a sector ? Knowing this would change the approach you should take. I often like to go deep in enemy territory just so they need to comeback.
