I absolutely LOVE filling stockings for my kids and husband! I enjoy this more than gifts under the tree! IMHO, Marie, Mycah should be filling your stocking. But I understand! My stocking is always the one with the least in it!🤦🏻♀️💝
I always make my family a big snack bag filled with their fave treats and fun new snacks to try. Gift cards go in the tree. Stocking stuffers for my family include- socks, lint roller, lip balm, deodorant, toothbrush, toothpaste, small crafts, stickers, pens, small tools (like mini screw driver set), shoe cleaner or polish, cologne or perfume, nail clippers and file, face mask and other skin care, travel sanitizer, key chain, shower pouf, phone charger (cord and plug), portable charger (since they always loose them), other phone accessories like new case or pop socket, any small figure or cards they collect, some kind of surprise pack in a character or theme they like, small toys like fidget, stress ball, yoyo, rubic cube or the brain teasers, screen wipes, glasses wipes, eye glass repair kit, brush, comb, hair pick, do-rag, elastics and other hair accessories, beanie, gloves, jewelry or watch, pins and patches, movies and video games and more. All pretty random but they love the surprises and always want to open stockings first. If their stockings are too full, I just put their hygiene stuff with the new towel and wash clothes, pack of socks and undies, which they always love getting every year, too. This year they have so many craft and stationary items that I will be filling a backpack with those items instead of jamming them into the stockings.
I always put useful things in stockings! I am wondering if anyone else wraps all the stocking stuffers? I do, as I always think it’s fun to open them just like a big gift! 😊

My late aunt used to wrapp some gift and put them in our stocking and I continued that with our kids
My mother and dad would put oranges and apple in the toes and then fill them up with candy and small toys and Teddy bear on the top .
I'm obsessed with stuffing stockings. I can spend more on a stocking than an actual gift.
You could also use the little boxes for advent.
Your dollar tree is not normal…..its crazy outrageous..lol…i love it!!!…….my dollartree sucks!!!! I could never find anything like the things that u find.

I love a stock8ng also,I remember I'd save my stocking til the end,cuz it's like a surprise bag,
Younger we'd get 2 stock8ng a fuzzy red with our names,and my grandparents would always bring us them plastic netted stockings,full of apple 🍎 and an orange,then a bunch if mixed nuts,you crack,n gramps always had a nut cracker in his pocket,jic.then to top it off it would be filled with a christmas candy mix,them orange stix,the strawberry hard cand,with jelly filling,and a bunch of that ribbon candy in pretty colors. I loved the idea of my grandparents preparing the stocking.

We'd get new toothbrush n our OWN ,toothpaste,a deck of cards,either playing cards or old maid,crazy 8s,go-fish❤
Cute pens,body spray,bubble bath,cute socks,a surprise 🎁, like a watch or a piece of jewelry, I could go on,I still love stocking.

I usually put toothbrushes, chocolate and candy. Makeup nailpolish for my daughter. Office stuff for university students craft stuff for me. All little items. Stocking ngs are my favourite.

One of my daughters loves Pear soap so that’ll go in her stocking…also highlighters and sticky notes and whiteout…all needed
socks, toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, body wash, shampoo and conditioner are musts for stockings in our family.
I love stockings, I fill my family’s stockings with self care products, I actually use my rewards from cvs so it doesn’t cost me a penny, I start in September purchase stocking stuffers
When i was little my stocking always had an apple, an orange, peanuts in the shell and wrapped candy! Np little presents.
Mine too, and our stockings were my dad’s red wool hunting socks. Our kids are in early 20’s now and grown and flown, but their stockings always had these special elements as a tradition. ❤
We put a book of lifesavers in all the stockings. Then it’s candy and just random things

I remember my mom, I mean Santa, putting a small box of cereal in our stockings so we can have breakfast without waking our parents. Of course we could only open our stocking and had to wait for our parents to wake up for the rest.

My stocking always had an orange that filled up the stocking toe. Than an apple was in it!!

We had a big thing about stocking stuffers in my family thru the years...Every one came and enjoyed opening their stockings...grandkids had more fun with those little silly gifts than they did with big pricey gifts under the tree....have to say the adults enjoyed it just as much as the kids!❤

I put in my stockings makeup food everything that is every things or things they need .and I don't need to be doing a lot of bags separately and under the tree .I put in the stocking like this year I put makeup I put the can of cookies I put I buy the box of three packages of popcorn can I put one package in each stocking because they love popcorn I put chocolate bars things that I know they like and they will eat it when they watching a movie those are the little things that they like me to put in the stockings but I would put random stuff like that's a surprise you know that's the emotion when you open the stocking you don't know why you going to get😊❤
Hello Marie ! We do all the everyday essential as well deodorant, toothbrush and toothpaste ect. And we wrap all of ours . While we are cooking breakfast we unwrap our stockings. One of my favourite things too.

It may be baking coco but you can make hotc chocolate with it some milk and sugar.. just add some mini marshmallows or fun shaped marshmallows

Yep, every year, I put toothbrushes, floss, breath mints, and lots of other goodies in our Christmas stockings.
I like to personalize the stocking stuffers as much as possible to fit each person's likes of candy, products etc. and I like to put something special in the toe of the stocking like a piece of jewelry, a gift card to their favoritie store or restaurant or cash.
Anything is game. Puzzle books, make up… kitchen sponges … food …everything … and pens of course 😊

Thank you so much for these stocking stuffer ideas. I need things for my husband, he likes men’s facial wash, or hair products but I also have four nieces and my sister I love to make them each a cute Christmas stocking and things at Target and Walmart are getting expensive for the similar kind of products. My mom is 81 and still good and healthy and she likes light soft makeup up and moisturizing lotions for her face and arms. I’m so glad there’s several dollar stores, even a few .99 cents stores in my city in central California. I go to L.A. to visit my mom just two hours away but I love to bring her little gifts and I think she’s the only one who still loves those chocolate covered cherries since I was a kid! My dad is diabetic so I have to find sugar free candies he still can enjoy, too. Thank you for sharing and have a wonderful Christmas! 😁 🎄

My boys stockings have always enjoyed getting small toys, art supplies, candy, slime,...now they are adults & no longer live at home. Now I put personal items like deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrushes, body wash, shaving stuff, flushable wipes (uhh boys so yeah). I scored the wooden toothbrushes, the black charcoal whitening toothpaste and the Guru Nanda flossers all from DT.That toothpaste alone is about $5-6 at nearly any other store. Also the themed candy canes are a big hit. This year they have Twinkies, Cold Stone... You got some great makeup scores. I've found some of those things in my town.

This was great! Stockings have ALWAYS been a big deal and one of the " funnest" parts of Christmas morning in the family I came from and the family God gave me! I put in ALOT of the same things you do. ALWAYS a toothbrush, little tube of toothpaste, compact mirror, pkg. of combs to open and split up, PENS, PENS, PENS, cute Christmassy pencil( kind w/A do-dad on top), mascara, lipstick, little pkg. of expensive TEA, socks, $Tree purse monthly planner for the yr. YES, it does get EXPENSIVE even at $Tree!😊🤗 Keep forgetting to ask you, do you use CD envelopes for your junk journaling? I do and you can do soooo much with them. $Tree doesn't sell them. I also save the tall thin bags my prescriptions come in and if a restaurant puts your silverware, plastic ware, chopsticks in bags; I save and use those too. Just a few ideas for you😊 Thanks! P.S. I specifically went to 2 $Trees today to find the SpaTastic brand items and neither one had them, nor the eye shadows, or lipsticks. 😑😑 Usually can't find ANY of those items in my area of Mi. 🤔😑

I buy so many things all year long to use as stocking stuffers, a lot from DT. By December, I have bought so much stuff that I will use the collapsible drawer from DT, in red and green plaid this year, as the “stockings”. Makes my life so much easier.
