Nice acceleration, I timed it its actually around 4.7ish ~, super quick. I am also a Q50S hybrid AWD owner and currently have 70,000 miles. Have you encountered loss of power when shifting from 1st to 2nd at redline? This happens to me occasionally either doing manual or automatic shifting. Super annoying when you try to race someone :(
I had to have the transmission in my hybrid replaced under warranty at 63k miles. Ever since then I get that massive lag on the 1-2 shift occasionally. It’s super annoying, but hasn’t cost me a run yet. 😅
I’ve had my Q50 a while and never even knew they had a Hybrid/VQ35 model honestly. It’s funny the hybrid is just as quick if not a tad quicker stock than the 3.7 cars or a 3.0T car on a hot day. My stock 19’ does like 5.3 heatsoaked and about the same 4.9x when the air is cold.
@@TheHybridQ50S It depends on the ambient air temp. My Silver Sport awd will go almost into the 12’s when it’s nice and cold out. It runs consistently 13.1x at like 105 MPH in the winter months. None of the NA cars will trap that high or get an ET that low stock. But in the summer the car slows down to the mid 13’s and only traps 102-103 MPH at best which is great competition for the N.A. cars and on the top end the rwd cars might even pull on me a bit when I’m heat soaked. That’s stock with drop in filters running 93 pump gas.

I don't get that great of gas mileage in mine, though. Averaging 24.4 mpg in the suburbs.
That’s still more than me lol, I average 23. Live in a pretty hilly area tho.

In “stock” form the hybrid is the quickest behind the red sport out of all the trim.
