Dr Pitre we need some teaching on the wine (Blood of Christ) on how important this wine is and what it's meaning. There are some churches that are NOT wanting to bring it back.

Dr Pitre, thank you for highlighting the Elijah-Elisha connection to JohnBaptist-Jesus relationship. Another example of OT typology fulfilled in the NT.

Thank you for this teaching. It is always a question whether the Jewish religious leaders believed Jesus was the Messiah or the Son of God but I think this teaching would help to answer the question as yes they did know Jesus was the Messiah. What do you say?

The religious leaders denied Jesus was the Christ (Messiah) because John 9:22 says “if anyone acknowledged him as Christ, that person should be expelled from the synagogue.” And the Bible also clearly states: “Not one of the rulers or of the Pharisees has put faith in him, has he?” (John 7:48)

The double portion was received by Jesus thru Baptist John during the Jordan Baptism.
What Elisha spoke was a prophecy later fulfilled and completed.
That is why Jesus told Baptist John that it must be this way (John baptizing Jesus) to fulfill the Elisha prophecy.

Dr. Peiter, I have a question, while reading through the gospel of Luke i observed the writer use the number 12 repeatedly for example
Luke 2: 42 when he was 12 years old
    8:42 only daughter age 12
    8: 43 a woman suffering 12
12 basket for broken pieces of bread
And off course selection of 12 disciples.
Is there any significant message on that?
    Thanks 🙏

not purely theological but this question will have a somewhat subjective answer:
which prophet is considered greater among the theologians and clerics, Elijah or Elisha?

The creation of God, as well as the laws of physics, shows us that you can't create something from nothing. If God can create the universe, how hard is it for Him to make bread?

If you believe God can become man - You shouldn't have any trouble with bread !

Jesus also turned water into wine. 🍷
The Bible describes many “powerful works and wonders and signs that God did through Jesus.” (Acts 2:22) Only with GOD’S POWER, Jesus was able to control the weather, feed thousands, heal the sick, and bring the dead back to life! Jesus’ miracles made it clear that God had sent him and that He has the power to solve all our problems.
