- 小さい頃空を、雲を食べたかった夢を叶えてみました。

材料
［雲］
クリームチーズ…100g グラニュー糖…20g
粉ゼラチン…3g 水…大さじ1
※ゼラチン液は500wで10秒加熱して液体状にしておく
［ホイップクリーム］
生クリーム…100ml
［透明ゼリー］
水…400ml 白ワイン…150ml
板ゼラチン…12g グラニュー糖…30g~40g
［空色ゼリー］
透明ゼリー液…150ml ブルーキュラソーシロップ…少量
イチゴシロップ…少量
冷やす時間はご家庭の冷蔵庫によって異なるため
適宜調節してください。
1層目2層目を3時間以上冷やしてしまうと
層が分離してしまうため表面が固まって流し込める
ギリギリの柔らかさになるまで冷やすのがコツです。
1. 雲を作る。粉ゼラチンを水でふやかしておく。
2. ボウルに生クリーム入れて8分立てする。
3. 別のボウルにクリームチーズとグラニュー糖を入れ混ぜ、
ゼラチン液とホイップクリームを入れて混ぜたら絞り袋に入れる。
※ダマになりやすいため、手早く混ぜるのがコツです。
4. クッキングシートをしいたお皿に絞り袋で雲を作って冷蔵庫で固まるまで冷やす。
5. 透明ゼリー液を作る。小鍋に水と白ワイン、グラニュー糖を入れて煮立たせる。
※ワインの香りが強かったら100mlにしても大丈夫です。
その場合はゼラチンを2g減らします。
6. 火を止めて板ゼラチンを入れて溶けるまで混ぜる。
7. ケーキ型にあら熱をとった透明ゼリー液と雲1,2個入れて固まるまで冷やす。
8. 二層目も同じように繰り返します。
9. 空色ゼリーを作る。残ったゼリー液にブルーキュラソーシロップとイチゴシロップを少量入れて色付けをして、型に流して冷やし固めます。

*English Instructions* (I assume)
1) Take small bowl of tineh snowflakes. Combine with pre-melted snow, and whisk.
2) In a large mixing bowl, use a spatula to fold in clouds you've captured from the sky.
3) Capture clouds in a bag then make beh-beh clouds
4) Take bowl of carefully collected rain, and begin to stir in tineh snowflakes
5) Watch the cool shadows on the counter.
6) Use your spoon to agitate rain water, and turn into a leetul whirlpool (halp!)
7) Throw in miniature glacier chonks
8) Take some artsy photos, and revel in the asmr
9) Chuck in captured clouds
10) Add blue lake water
11) Make a sky cake
12) Eat a slice of sky
13) Win
