The issue with Sylosis is that literally all their albums feel bloated imo, a lot of their songs run 2 or 3 minutes longer than they need to.

It fit a lot better than recent solos. The stuff from cycle of suffering feels a lot more melodic and technical but not as fast imo.
Vol 3 is also my favourite Slipknot album
