My brother is waiting for a kidney transplant due to diabetes. I have prediabetes and am adopting the proper human diet. I want to live.
I lost two brothers that were in their 50s and both were diabetic as well as myself. Their early deaths were the direct result of horrible diet and bad medicine. Thanks to you and a few other doctors on RUclips. I saved my own life. 435+ pounds and diabetic and on a dozen meds. I now weigh 280 at 6foot 5”All my numbers are great. My doctor is still picking himself up off the floor. He fought me every bit of the way but I wouldn’t listen. I listen to you Doc. Thank you very much for being there. You helped save my life.

I am a type 2 diabetic, but have been trying to fix it for years. No I have the knowledge to reverse it and I am a carnivore now for one year! Feeling awesome and slowly healing. I took out three cookbooks and the recipes weren't any different from what we were eating! I took them back to the library, searched online, and found your videos! American Diabetes Society! Here is another development: CMG's available over the counter. When a diabetic sees what eating those guidelines it is likely to make them question how honest and correct the ADA is.
Someone mentioned on another video that I saw today that they had eaten steel cut oats thinking they were okay. After getting their CGM they realised that they weren't. Apparently it was about 3 hours later that the glucose hit the highest level. Obviously if someone was only testing in the first 2 hours, they would have missed this.
Abbotts currently have a $15 trial cgm for diabetic Australians. Tick the right boxes and you will get your cgm to do 14days fine tuning of your diet. They are meant to be used for insulin dependant diabetics only but no proof is required. My sisters are waking up as they see their responses on the cgm. One sister seeing levels over 10 after a sandwich matching her fatigue after eating, can understand why she is feeling that way. Seeing a hard number is making a difference. Cant be denied. I
It´s going to be a wonderful day when the ADS takes over from ADA, hopefully within a couple of years(not 15-20). Big wheels turn slowly but we will try to speed it up by sharing the information.
My mum died from poor health due to low fat processed diet at 71. I did try to tell her about keto/carnivore for 7 and a half years. She didn't listen. We can't help everyone sadly.
Low-fat high carb diets are so deeply ingrained in our collective psyche that people are frightened by a pat of butter or a jot of cream n their coffee. It’s killing us worldwide. It’s even killing the children.
My whole family: my two sisters, my two brothers, my father. All of them on toxic drugs. Only 1 of my sisters is still alive, and on dialysis, and multiple drugs. I tried gently giving them a little advice for many years. But their doctors were very good at scaring them. I, on the other hand, woke up to the fact that doctors only manage illness, and there is NO cure, when I was still in my teens. So I swore I would never smoke and never take drugs. I started researching herbs, vitamins, diets, etc. And I'm still here many years later.😞

Diabetes is a huge problem. But an even bigger threat to humanity as a whole which is not talked about enough is the insane increase in mental illness across the globe due to illegal food production and use of toxic ingredients and chemicals. the number of kids and young adults with ADHD and depression among other illnesses is skyrocketing
The damage wrought by bad advice cannot be undone based for those that have died. The only way to protect our present and future generations is by following Dr Berry's lead in building a parallel society based on real science and sound clinical experience..
I lost nobody to diabetes type 2. Also don’t know anybody that died of it. In my country, the Netherlands, life expectation is 4 year shorter for someone of 45 with type 2 diabetes. The difference disappears with older people.
I noted that people who get sick on carnivore diets or who had success eating God’s plants and fruits and veggies get dismissed, cruelty, gaslighted, slander, and even death wishes from those who blindly follow the false Christians, Ken Berry and his wife Neisha who ignore the facts/truth from God and unlike them, God doesn’t need any money to tell the tough truth in His Word - especially about all types of food. God doesn’t say vegetables or fruits are bad to eat. Far from it. Neither do we know more than Him or believe He doesn’t know as well as a doctor who is making profits off of peddling cleverly mixed in disinformation and malpractice mixed with truth.
In my anatomy class, my classmates and I gave a presentation on chronic kidney failure. I showed the official data that 40% of end-stage CKD is caused by diabetes. Then I showed them that the numbers tell a better story. Over 80% is caused by diabetes. This is a BETTER story because we can fix that! I ended my part of the presentation with Dr. Unwin’s CKD+Diabetes reversal study. All my classmates are much younger than I am, but that means they’ve never seen normal, healthy people in their entire lives. I’m doing my part to sensitize them to this crazy new world we’re in.

Wonderful, wonderful! Music to my ears as here in Ireland we just copy the American Diabetes Association, same food pyramid, same crap. Just been to a friend’s wake in Bellmulet, Co Mayo, 61 years young, T2 diabetes, far too young. I probably am not far behind him and there are countless more in Ireland whose diabetes is not managed/reversed, and they have no idea how to go about it, just pills from the doctor. You must get this off the ground, it is so so important to change that bl…dy food pyramid for starters! Here in Ireland there is no diabetes register, they just pinch statistics from Scotland. Gp’s cannot get a fasting insulin or c peptide test without being referred to an endocrinologist and that takes at least a year if you are lucky. On top of that a Gp cannot refer you to an endocrinologist if you are type 2 only if you are type one. Incredible! One way to make sure you will not get better.
