It's time for my first grocery haul and meal plan in forever! First I am sharing everything I bought this week in my Sainsbury's grocery haul. Then I am explaining my meal planning process plus the meals I have planned for us to eat this week. Finally, I want your input! I Have a plan for grocery hauls going forward and I'd love to hear your thoughts in the comments, stay tuned to the end to find out what is going on.

Love to see they grocery hauls back! For me personally, I don't have much interest in the shop with me videos but I will definitely watch each and every grocery haul and meal plan video xx
To be honest I prefer when you do the haul when it is delivered and skip the come shop with me ❤

I agree not so keen on the come shop with me but love the hauls, I mainly watch the groceries, meal plans organising and cleaning videos xx
Honestly, Rhi, I think you do enough Come Shop With Me videos and the online grocery shopping is absolutely fine by saving you some time, energy, fuel, and ultimately money. The problem with going in store is that it’s easy to confuse yourself with the variety and taking the children may cause even more stress because they may want different things to try but may not necessarily like it so it ends up wasting plus may have to face queues etc. I don’t have my own kids but taking my neurotypical nephews to the grocery ended up being an expensive and stressful ordeal! I think the haul and meal planning are great; I really liked the Hello Fresh recommendations as well as mentioned in other videos. But ultimately, it’s your channel, Rhi, please do the videos you enjoy making :) While I’m neither a wife or mum nor do I go to Disney often, I still enjoy watching your videos regardless! When I lived in Wales away from my family, watching your videos made me feel a little less lonely and even now that I’m back home, I’m just enjoying keeping up with you guys.

The hauls and videos showing the actual meals each night are great! I’d watch your come shop with me but less fussed, and that’s a lot of time out of your week! I think a lot of busy mums get deliveries too! xx

I love your grocery hauls! I have an extremely fussy teenager and often complicate meals too much. Your videos bring me back to earth, reminding me that getting food on the table, as long as it’s relatively healthy, is a win. I enjoy watching all your videos.
I'm glad you're doing these again I love grocery hauls and meal plans. I also like the come shop with me so yes to all 😊 i personally like to go in the supermarket and choose my own things and also I've had some amazing bargains with clearance or yellow stickers.

The loyd grossman jars are nice for convenience and I do use them occasionally on holiday but for a family sized pack of beef you need 3 jars. One jar is only enough for 200g of meat.
Loved this grocery haul ! In an ideal world cooking from scratch is healthier - however you have your hands full with 3 children .. I think you have a good balance . Jars are still better than take aways , McDonald’s all the time .
When they will be older and will be more independent you can take up cooking new meals from scratch etc . At the age they are I am sure it’s more important to have family time ❤

I think personally you may end up spending more when you shop in store. I like online shopping as I can keep a check on my budget easier. One thing I would do if I shop in store is use the self scanner to keep an eye on how much I’m spending 😊

I totally get where you’re coming from though. I think as mums we feel like we need to be doing everything all at once but as long as our families are fed a reasonably balanced diet, we’re doing so well! Xxx
I would love to see the meal plan at the beginning of the video to see what you’re working with, and then either a snap shot of you in the supermarket/ ordering online, and then the haul at the end xx not too fussed on a massive come shop with me section xx

Glad your food haul is back
I've never seen coleslaw sold that way unless it was from a deli or a prepared food counter in a grocery store. Usually, in the US, you get dry coleslaw in a bag like a salad mix and you have to add your own sauce. I love that it's a sealed package and not just a container with a lid. You could always call it something like, "Keeping Mum Sane Juice". FYI, frozen vegetables are often more healthy than fresh because they were frozen at their best and haven't been sitting around degrading on a shelf. Your children already willingly eat vegetables, so you're ahead of the game, if you ask me. I love the new shopping idea. How far away is the grocery store from where you live?

My kids like jazz apples and pink lady. Morrisons did some smitten apples a while ago that are from New Zealand, and they were amazing!
I think lots of people repeat the same meals regularly if it fits in with what everyone will eat and the time you have to cook and eat. I certainly do most of my food shop online from the favourites along with hello fresh a couple of times a month too for variety. But i think you can miss offers and new things to try by not going to the supermarket in person so doing that once a month may be really interesting to find different ideas.
My children hate pasta bake, and it's so frustrating! Such a nice easy dinner, and I love it!
I definitely spend more when I go in store but I would love to see u going in store hunting for the deals/new foods etc. I like to see all the different supermarkets apart from Lidl, never shop there. Thanks xxx

I enjoy food hauls and meal plan videos as I think I’m just nosy and like to see what buy/eat😂😂
I’m vegetarian but my husband and son are meat eaters so I always cook at least 2 different meals every day although some can be similar with just one item different but other meals are totally different. I do batch cook portions of some my meals like vegetable curry or vegetable stew or vegetable‘bolognese’ to make it a bit easier.
We all prefer Golden Delicious apples. Xx
I think in store shop is more expensive but interested to see your difference. Your far more organized x
Hey Rhi, hope you’re well. I’m happy, good and well thank you good evening love this Sainsbury’s groceries haul video. So happy and loved this Sainsbury’s groceries haul. I love the pink lady apples because they’re so juicy and delicious. I love washing my hair and blow dry it too and I doing it more frequently! If you don’t wash your hair as much then your hair will start getting hair loss. I don’t use dry shampoo I much prefer washing my hair. I would love to see these groceries hauls once a month from you. I like to see the groceries come shop with me and then the groceries hauls and meal plan videos. I enjoyed shopping around the groceries stores to find, look for deals, new foods and offers and buy too. I also like to see all different groceries hauls videos from all of the stores from Asda, Morrisons, Tesco, Waitrose, Markers and Spencer’s, Iceland and Sainsbury’s groceries hauls as well. I would to see more groceries hauls more often because their my favourite to watch during being at home. I love popcorn, crisps, biscuits, bars, desserts crumbles and doughnuts too. I love all types of desserts so much! I would normally spend more money in stores when I go shopping for food. I would love to see morning and evening night routines videos coming from you. Fage 5% yoghurt with granola and jam or honey and walnut is nice not sure your children would eat that, really nice
I'd love to see you going around the supermarkets (and since we don't have Morrison's or Aldi, nor waitrose in Northern Ireland it gives me a chance to be nosey if you went to one of them) and it would also be a great way to test what supermarket is better for you for in store shopping; since your closest, eg Asda, branch may not be where an online Asda order would be picked from. My aunt and uncle live 5 minutes from a decent sized asda but have to do online delivery from a store 10 miles away for example, so the selections may be very different. We live very close to a tesco and a lidl so tend to go to both in one day every week, and occasionally the sainsburys in our nearest shopping centre because they've a better pet section than our local tesco and they're the only place that sells dog friendly peanut butter in my area (and we need it because my pug won't take her supplements without it, nor stay still in the bath without a lick mat of the stuff) so we'd tend to just run into sainsbury's when we need certain dog items. Even though we shop in person every week we still buy mostly the same stuff as I'm autistic and tend to eat the same stuff every week and mostly different than my mum, who batch cooks her stuff so when she's running around like a headless chicken as an overworked careworker its easier for her simply for the sake of ease, though I did pick up fresh tortilenni in lidl to try instead of my usual dried fusili because I've been curious about it of late and I saw a couple of things in tesco that I may try in future when I run out of the current version.
Have you tried the kids with natural or plain greek style yogurt with some jam stirred in? I do that instead of buying regular 'big pot' yogurt as its cheaper, but if smoothness is a dislike it may work as an alternative. I'd typically use 1/8th of a jar of seedless jam (about 60g) in a standard 500g pot, give it a good mix (giving the jam a stirr up with a spoon may also help, though if you buy squeezy jam that would probably do the same thing) and let sit in the fridge overnight or all day and it makes tasty and smooth fruit flavoured yogurt. I've also mixed nutella, shocolate spread or biscoff spread with yogurt and used it to make dessert style parfaits which would be a fun and filling weekend breakfast or a treat dessert. It would be something the kids could do themselves and customise as well.

Genuine question, you only bought one of each of the pasta sauces did you only use the one or had another? I have 4 kids,two are adults now but we use three jars per meal but use leftovers the next day.

Love the food and B&M etc hauls but I’m definitely not a huge fan of shop with me. Maybe the odd one in a supermarket but I definitely prefer a haul
