As far as I know, he does NOT actually like those kind of jokes. He said once that he is tired of being recognized the grand majority of the time over the years as Harry Potter, specially when he didn't even like his own performance at the very first movies. I worked as a receptionist and I can’t believe they left him to deal with all that! Just an hour but a lot can happen in that span of time. Very funny but definitely felt Daniel’s stress! Handled it like a champ though, he would have been a wonderful receptionist.
