- Finally, after 1 year and a half of living in my one-room flat in Seoul, I bring you my apartment tour! As I said also in the video, it’s not 100% finished yet, but I thought it was about time to film this video!

This is a really nice space, especially having 2 windows (even if they are possibly never open). I like the 2 lamps you have! I want to get one of those colorful lamps too😀
I always have one window open and in the summer when it’s super hot I open all of them all the time! Yes those dim lights are soooo good for the nighttime, they help me get cozy and sleepy, I definitely recommend getting those! 😉

Ahah yes it’s quite good, I just wish it was a bit bigger with a separate shower space.. but nonetheless is better than many I saw in other apartments! 😌

I just found it through a local real estate agency! I went in person and told them what I was looking for.. I saw probably around 15 places and got set on this one 😌 but I did arrive still during the late Covid period so the prices were lower at that time than they are now..😓

È piccola caspita 😂... Però è carina e super ordinata, complimenti. Certo che 350€ per 16mq mi sembrano tanti.... Io sto in un paesino certo ma di affitto ho visto per la stessa cifra appartamenti dai 70 in su 😢. Quello che manca è una lavastoviglie ma non hai spazio 😂😂😂 e io sarei veramente in difficoltà con quella minuscola doccia. Bellissimo video come sempre ❤

i think that 500$ is too expensive for a 16mq, is the korean real estate so expensive? In italy you can at least have a 30mq with that price. O.O
My bad, the rent is around 380 USD a month (500,000 kr won)! One-rooms in central Seoul university areas are usually around this price or a bit more.. But actually in Milan for a bedroom in an apartment with shared kitchen and bathroom I used to spend double this price 😰

It was 5 million won, so around 3,800 USD 😌💸
