I road tested both and went for the K14ce , the torrified spruce top takes the instrument to the next level. For my money the best and most playable Acoustic on the market.
I own both and I gotta say both sound amazing. I would say that the k14 can be more resonant and even sensitive to the slightest touch, but that being said Koa which composes the entire k24 vs just the back of the k14, will take more time to open up. As I’ve had both for several years I’ve noticed the k24 opening up and sounding nearly identical to how my k14 started off soundin. So, the k24 may slowly surpass the k14 in terms of sound. However, both are fantastic
k24ce is truly taylor's high end. PS14ce (honduran rosewood) arguably is a meme despite having a $10,000 price tag, but the k24ce is on a whole nother level at half the price

I own the k14 and k24. Love both, but gotta say my k14 is slightly more of a sound cannon. May just take time for the k24 to open up tho
