But why I cannot get even messages from buyers even every week at least twice?! I promoted my gig with the highest budget available on fiverr, but the result is only one or two messages thought a whole month, may one order may not .. My field is medical writing. i think it is luck no more
If you are just starting then I will do both at the beginning and later see which one you prefer more. For some people Upwork work better than Fiverr and vice versa

You can ask but if you didn't sign an NDA, there is technically nothing wrong sharing it. Also when you deliver an order, the buyer has an option to allow you to share the portfolio and in that case you can do it too.
It's recommended to focus on one niche, and off course in same niche u can make multiple gigs. Eg. Gig 1. Simple logo 2. Modern logo 3. Animated logo So all related to logos, so fiverr will rank u as logo expert or whatever ur niche
I find it hard to see how I could make money when fiverr takes 20 % then I will be taxed 20% or amounts you talking about I would be taxed at 40% plus 20% fiverr would be 60 % of money gone
This is not exactly true as if you would run a service directly, you would still need to allocate certain budget to spend on marketing. For taxes, I am not a tax advisor but you can optimize things as well. Honestly, I don't think these should be stopping factors to sell on Fiverr.

Can you make very different gigs or it is better to focus only on 1 specifi sphere?
I have recorded a detailed response for it and will upload soon. It's good to have multiple gigs and in different categories too.
