Have you tried the plopping diffusing method? Let me know what diffusing method works for you!
it actually does kinda work for me, but i just don't do it cuz i don't get the best amount of definition and shrinkage.
Kinda new at this.. trying all I can. I bought a tee-shirt flopping towel (tried with t-shitres but... 🥴) liked it. Just needs more tweeking on my part in the gel dept. I will mow see your next video where you said you talked about some. 👍
Hmm Idk exactly about plopping i hust scrunch my hair abd diffuse. Try not to mess it around too much while drying.
Whatever works for a person is good. I am getting to be ok with some minimal frizz esp wash day I see other curly girls with it anf it doesnt look too bad unless your whole head is frizz.
I have a similar dryer to your con air. It works very well. I’ve learned so much from your videos. I feel your advice is a real godsend. Thanks for all your hard work! God bless!
My orange conair just bit the dust so I’m looking for a affordable one.. think I’ll try ordering this one you used in this video. I would like to have the shark but I cannot afford it right now. Being an adult sucks sometimes. 😂 stupid bills. Thanks for another great video girl!
I'm just starting to really learn how to take care of my curls and get the most out of them, and I am so so thankful for this video! I'm trying to get used to diffusing, it's really hard right now and I'm not always 100% happy with the results.. but I'm gonna keep practicing and figure out what my hair likes! Your videos have been such a huge help in this process
Omg this is so smart!!! How did I not think of this?! 🤯 thank you! I want more volume and shrinkage to my curls and less lengthening. They turn to waves by day two on my outermost layer of hair. The tight ringlets that stay nice are the ones closest to my neck on the underside and it’s a total pain! This would help them stay bouncier for longer.
Beauty truly is patience. Relaxing while going through the motions can be quite enjoyable. Love your content. :)
I love the level of detail in your videos, it really is so helpful!
This was perfect! We have similar hair type and I have the same dryer. Super helpful! 😊
Thank you! Glad it could help
My boyfriend just got me the same exact blow dryer thanks to your videos and a few others I told him about it and I'm so excited I've never didused my hair before and I've been doing a ton of research and watching a ton of videos I can't wait to start diffusing my hair I absolutely love your video's I have fine 3 and 4 type hair that's medium to high density and my hair never does what I want so I've been lazy with learning how to style it better also it's pretty damaged from using a flat iron and teasing it throughout Highschool I started taking care of it better and learning now to style it better since 2017 I'll be 30 in April so I'm behind with styling and taking better care of my curly hair I graduated in 2014 this video has been super helpful thank you so much I get my blow Dryer later today I'm super excited
Wow Gina I just used this method to dry my curly hair can not believe how it worked I struggle to get my curls to look right so thank you so much
That’s great!!
I have tried over and over to diffuse my hair upside down and just doesnt work, I look like Medusa everytime lol I keep practicing though, maybe I will get it right one day thanks for posting
Lol I hope this helps! I think it’s more about the stylers used, amount of hold they have, and the water amount in your hair when you diffuse 😊
Refer to “manes by Mel” on RUclips! She explains another technique that has helped me! I had the same problem for the longest
@@CelinesEstevez isn’t her technique just hover diffusing your roots upside down?
Just bought this dryer from Amazon. Thanks for tips
Have been binge watching your videos. Love them! So informative, yet easy to understand and relatable.
I have waist length, coarse/thick, high density, high porosity hair. And am transitioning; so it needs a lot of moisture.
Diffusing is my nemesis 😩
Can't wait to try this method next time round. Bless you 💙
I have a weird curl pattern, sides are pretty soft curls but back is tighter and frizzy. Any suggestions on how to ask the curl better in the back? Thank you!
u r so beautiful with or more beautiful without make up. your hair is best hair I've ever seen , amazing condition.u reli know wayt ur talking about. your videos are most helpful for me....ive learned a lot watching all ur vids thank u for making them. it's delightful watching them all x
Thank you so much!
Diffusing w my head in the sink!! Great idea! Can't wait til next wash day!
I just bought a diffuser and honestly it didn’t really work for me. My hair just turned out to be curly with lots of frizz. I honestly don’t care about getting volume, or my curls turning out flat. I just want my hair dry without frizz 😩😩
Same !!
It also depends on the hairdryer: the one I got at my home has a nice air flow, not too strong, but the one I got at my bf’s place is too powerful and my hair never turn out good
I lay down on my back and spread my hair out behind me and diffuse that way. I have very fine and low/medium density and that gives me way more volume.
Nap & diffuse?? Finally, a method that speaks my language!
@@blakeblossoms2674 lol!
Super detailed instructions! Do you have any videos on your makeup?
Can you tell me about the product routine for this? I don't usually put heat on my Hair so I wanna be sure to use a heat protectant, but I also have fine hair and don't wanna weigh it down with too much product.
Hey. I've seen many of your videos so far, very informative and helpful information. You make a talented presenter. Also, your hair is very similar to mine, i don't dare say, exactly the same with all the beauties and problems. Over the years I've learned how to make the best of it, but more advice is always welcome. Thank you.
Have you tried Wavy Curly Ali's hammock diffusing? I would like to know your thoughts. Your hair looks beautiful in this video!
We have the same diffuser so I can’t wait to try this !!
What kind of oil do you recommend to break the cast? Thanks
Your curly hair is absolutely beautiful. Today I just bought a diffuser at Amazon.
Hey, how are you liking the diffuser?
@@jenniferguevara2809 I haven’t used it yet
I know this is old. I tied this and it just did not work for me. made my hair even more frizzy. but what works for one may not work for someone else. thank you for your videos.
Thank you for sharing. 💞 I typically air dry but sometimes I diffuse; will try this. 🌻💛
Thank you so much! Great video!!!
If you are plopping and using mousse, do you put in the mousse before or after plopping? How wet should my hair be when applying the mousse?
Hi!! Would you recommend that hair dryer?? Thanks for answe
I don’t diffuse my hair but I want to get one in case I am going out and need to get my hair dry quicker or going for a different look so I don’t want to spend a lot of money would this be a good option or is there any better affordable options for long medium density 2b 3a hair
What setting should you use
Like Hot, Warm, Cold,
High, Low, Cool
Warm and low
Can a large ceramic, stainless steel, or Pyrex mixing bowl be used instead of your sink bowl to diffuse your hair and have the air circulate without worrying about turning on the water?
She said you could use a bowl instead. So just make sure the bowl you use can withstand heat.
Is it okay to diffuse everyday?
I absolutely LOVE ur hair❤❤, I kinda wish i had ur hair😣, I hope that when i get the chance to try Olaplex, I hope to have hair like yours bc my hair used to be kinda curly as a baby
lol everyone's hair is kinda curly as a baby. I have her hair type and when I was younger, I had defined and TIGHT shiny spirals. kinda curly doesn't make your hair curly.
I hv curly very high volume hairs. Should I use diffuser. Ac tually I can't open my hair because it flies. I want it to b neat look and I can open my hair without any hair rubber. Can u suggest anything
I use a large wire strainer.
Applying products after putting your towel on your head is a good idea? Your hair will be kind of dry, then. Will the products work well the same?
Please, answer me :(
Don’t use a towel it well make your curls frizzy and dried out so use a t shirt because ur hair still needs to be wet when you apply product, not soaked but not dry. Hope this helped 💕
Use a t shirt or microfiber towel !! If it gets dry just add water
is it worth using a heat protectant spray if the only heat you use on your hair is diffusing? (albeit on hot because my hair takes aaaages to dry otherwise)
Did you ever figure this out?
Love your make up look here. You should do more make up looks tutorials.
Thank you!

hello I have been working on the cgm for a while but it doesn't work good there is a change in my hair. at the beginning it was more 2a from damage and always brushing. now on the first day (of washing) it is 2b / c hair. And the days after it is more wavy. I used to have 3a hair. could my haar doing this because my hair is 19 inches. now my question is if a haircut makes my hair more curly? (And sorry for my bad english)
When my hair was heat damaged I cut it and my hair curled up more, when my hair is too long it weighs down the curl
So much work..
You have the best curls
Hi I have wavy hair, I used the diffuser and I was wondering should I use mousse or the curly cream, I don't like to use gel on my hair, please help me, thank you.
Late reply, I know. You should probably use both as they are two different products. Most curl creams work as leave-in conditioners with the added benefit of helping to create the curl pattern. Mousse/gel are finishing products that should be used last (before drying) to help define the curls and maintain them over time.
I don't know if this is still helpful after all this time!
How do you like that vented diffuser?
GREAT ADVISE. THANK YOU!!!!
Can the weight of your hair affect how tight your curl pattern is? I have 2b/2c hair and I am wondering if my hair is long does the weight of the hair weigh down the curl pattern? Also this method of diffusing did help shorten my curl pattern a bit! Thank you!
Yes it does! This method will help with get more shrinkage.
Is it normal for your hair to stuck inside of the diffuser??? It happens to me every single time and I’m so scared to defuse 🥺
No your hair shouldn’t get stuck in it mine never does
Thank you!!
I don't want volume. Just reverse I want . I hv already high voltage
Hello, I just came from The Glam Belle’s channel. New sub! I like your curly care content! Will be back. Thanks for the great tips. 😀👍🏻
Thank you for sharing!!! As a beginner, all these info is so overwhelming. Your videos going into the detailed steps and that help a bunch!
This would kill my back! Maybe I’ll try diffusing through the tshirt i plop in
I always wondered if this would work
so for the microfiber towel, is the super soft ones that aren’t flat okay?
Wondering this my self
Damn blah blah blah. So much talking. Ever heard of editing?
Rite... too much talking. 🥱🥱🥱
Good for you guys to know everything, I appreciate people like her that go into details about routines and products, so I learn how things work and learn on what I’m actually doing to my hair. There’s still people like me that are still trying to learn on how to heal or take care of our curls.I appreciate her honest opinion and going into detail on how things work and worked out for her.
Have you ever heard that if you have nothing nice to say you should keep your mouth shut?
This is an advice channel.
She is supposed to talk.
rude
Thank you so much ! Great video ❤
