I like to remove all appendixes from the other doctors and myself at the start of the round just so we have something to do (and pre-emptively prevent appendicitis). Then I usually give them to the chef just to see their reaction.

This is a good video! I think it'll also be pretty helpful to have timestamps and a spreadsheet guide with all the information on it.
