I would recommend you use a stiff hand brush as it's bubbles and cleans it just give the sides a scrub to get algea off the sides and then use the hose pipe if needs be

Thanks Anthony for your suggestion, I have started to use a brush to get rid of algae off the sides, it soon grows back though as the easypod is in full sun.

@@mechanical-adventrues yes it has a lid, I assume it's the warmth on the side facing the sun as it only grows on that side.

@@dazwhite303 yeah I have a pond I run a trident biological external filter with a oasa I think it's called internal filter with a koi and golden orph and rather big gold fish

@@mechanical-adventrues had gold fish and orfe many years ago, but now I just have koi.

The pond is just over 1000 gallons and is pump fed through evo55 UV and then just the Easy pod
