Traxxas overall need to upgrade their electronics. It works but you have no real tuning preferences with their esc . For 700 there’s way better options out there . Nice video
Hey Jason,you have tsm in this truck ! You have to remove the rubber cap on the receiver and hold the receiver's knob for 2 to 3 seconds and that turns on tsm function on your truck. If you have sollid green light,tsm is on,if green is flashing,tsm is off.Good luck with your new maxx slash.I'm waiting mine to come next week :)
It comes equipped with the TSM receiver.
Yes. I noticed that today when I was pulling the receiver. Clearly something I didn’t set up after binding up the tqi with Bluetooth to it.
Not too bad Jason! From the videos I have seen on this truck it is very hit and miss how it preforms. I think you have to be a slash fan to buy this truck. At least here in the US the Mojave 6s is $629 compared to the $700 for the Maxx slash 👍

Servo saver is excessively loose I had the same problem it just didnt want to track and tsm was shut off by default when I bound it to my transmitter with bluetooth funny Traxxas tech support doesnt know about the light blinking. The noise is weird mine is actually very quiet either tighten your servo save or replace it makes a huge difference.
I think the upgraded servo is the 600 series I think I’m actually going to buy one in like an hour
Wow literally won’t run full throttle without TSM , you guys have your work cut out to get her performing well .
Gear noise seems to have Reduced since they’ve heated up… curious to see what it sounds like with spur swap ..

I would die up there in that weather bro… wow! It was 86 degrees here in south Florida today😳… I just can’t believe it’s STILL so cold 🥶 there. How long is it warm, like 2-3 months a year?
Body trim.....I do it to all my rigs. Try adding gorilla glue as you attach it. After you put the trim on, pinch it on with plyers.......maybe you do this already?

It has TSM just turn the multifunction knob all the way right then turn on your transmitter and then turn on your truck that's how I had to activate the TSM on my Maxx Slash
It’s the ESC. Everyone that has one of these has the same issue. Throttle cut outs within the first few min and then seems to be fine. Me included. Traxxas is no help. They’ll blame the user for anything. The 6s and 8s traxxas ESCs are crap. Is the biggest disappointment with their vehicles. The more money you spend the worse the electronics are. The truck has tsm. The multi function knob is default set to it.
Buy the servo mount and put in a normal servo. The traxxas ones are weak and slow. Plus will be half the price for twice the power
Meh. My Hoss appears to me a lot more fun with a little kicker ramp. I just don’t understand the appeal of these.

Much ado about nothing really. Seems like traxxas is trying to fill a void in the (size matters) war and created somewhat of a dud. General lack of enthusiasm on what I've viewed to date. The Arrma Mojave is so well executed and now the 4s version is so well done. This one seems just okay and the price tag, in my opinion, isn't justified.
