I met yesterday hundred years old and she is from France, but living in USA for 75 years but she is living in US. I asked her what food do you like the most she said I like chef’s Jacques pepin food.

Such bad audio level! This was not the show to train an audio tech. I've done remote audio from NAPA and it can be a real problem. Not just the audio engineer but the guy and equipment streaming the event. Somebody missed something here. Otherwise a very nice event. Add sub-titles to help There you go VOLUME UP!. Mic placement on Chef Pepin was the mistake of the person that attached it to him. It sounds like the mic is being scrapped by his clothing

This lady is really annoying. I specifically watch the Chef because he is not overly commercial...and this lady is selling something every 5 minutes.
We cannot hear 👂 what anyone is saying. That is really too bad..he IS the chef as far as I am concerned!! Oh, the sound just went up...I bet viewers left before this adjustment.

Adore him! Waaaaaaaaay too many people buzzing around him. Unnecessary! Prefer to watch his show where it is all about his cooking. Also, sound is not consistent.

Audio is scratchy. Host talks too much which is nd very disruptive. Her microphone is clearer and lpuder than Jacque's which is also disconcerting.
I love how Jaques doesn't give a damn about these stupid yuppies. Especially when he starts everything off by coughing in his hand before making the first dish
