材料：3个鸡腿肉，3个马铃薯，1块生姜，6瓣大蒜，1个小米椒，1把青葱
1）鸡腿肉去骨再切成小块，加入一茶匙盐，一勺酱油，抓拌均匀腌制10分钟
2）马铃薯去皮切成小块，生姜切成片，大蒜切成蒜末，小米椒切成圈，青葱切成小段
3）热锅倒入多一点油，油热后放入马铃薯，用中火慢炸，炸至微焦然后取出来
4）接下来放入腌制好的鸡肉，也一样用中火慢炸，炸至微焦然后取出来
5）锅中留下一些油，放入蒜末小米椒姜片爆香，然后放入炸好的马铃薯和鸡肉，加入200毫升清水，搅拌均匀煮开，加入半勺黑酱油，煮开之后盖上盖子焖两分钟，最后放入青葱，快速的翻炒均匀就可以出锅啦
