I wish I could help but I truly feel the way you feel. And if you were to do anything for pain the more you concentrate on the pain the less it will go away. Try to relax maybe listen to music watch a good movie or talk on the phone with friends and family try to stay in a comfortable environment and try to not getting mad that will help you.
