My main gripes here is the UI and some of the voice acting. The lack of a health bar on the bottom menu overlay is gonna be hard to tell which units are low.
yeah it can definitely throw players off, I had to keep looking more up above the unit and the ressources, and etc at top.
Even to see when special abilities were recharging or on a cooldown
I see Prince Hector I click. The game kind of reminds me of Warcraft 3.

And yeah id say this age of game is most like WC3

I haven't touched Warcraft 3 since the Reforged atrocity really. This one looks better.

And yeah agreed. They are making a lot of changes here and it feels like a true Age of Mythology remake!
I can see that this may run into the same issue that Warcraft Reforged ran into- it’s hard to tell the units apart.
@@CloudSephiroth they gotta work on fixing the graphics so they don't blur.
But I thought it wasn't that bad in telling them apart. There might be some balance issues as I feel many things are quite strong lol
this is not my type of game, but you seem like you're having fun with it, which is cool

However today is the last day of the first beta :(
_Really_ not a fan of the new voices... I hope that the official release will give us the option to switch between the original and new voices. I doubt it will, though.
Agreed the old voices were Blessed by Zeus himself!
And yeah sadly more than likely won't be an option. Maybe modders can fix it one day
