Hello doctor. I had a reversed cervical lordosis and 3 mild protruding discs . I performed the neck towel exercise for 4 months and i restored my neck lordosis but i still have the mild protruding discs now. Will the body absorb the bulging disc parts?
There's just 1 problem... My doctors have been omitting or outright lying to me about alternative treatments for over a decade. In watching The Truly Honorable Dr. Shim I have learned that I may be able to avoid surgery. I live in the States where basically all surgeons have only 1 agenda : Profit.
