I bought a TV from Hisense company. This was my first experience with this company, which was very disappointing. There was a problem with some part in my TV during the warranty period, about which I informed the company's customer care. 450 nits at fullscreen brightness, 1000 nits at 10% window just if anyone is confused most hdr tv have peak brightness at 10% or 5% windows.
After Sales Service (+ Authorized Service Centre in your city) is the major point one should not forget while purchasing a TV. Brands that prefer to sell their products online are usually found handicapped providing good after sales services to their customers, because, either their presence is weak in that region or depend upon third-party partners who usually unable to give satisfactory service to customers due to different reasons / constraints.

I bought this TV a few days ago, and I found this review very informative. For now, I am happy with the TV.
One very important point that wasn't addressed in this review is the viewing angle.
The u7k display quality is pretty good when you are looking right at it. In a larger drawing room, even viewers sitting as less as 30 degrees off from the front will see a very poor quality image.
A very important requirement, sadly ignored.
Viewing angle were not ignored but missed. I will be more careful next time. In my opinion, you will get 20% colour and brightness loss from 60 deg angle. This is acceptable since it is a VA Panel. 65 and 75 being the IPS ones shall not face these issues.

I had pre-ordered this tv from amazon . Amazon had no clue of the offer 4 years warranty and 4K fire stick. Hisense customer care is worst . TV may be good but for long term warranty claim and repairs will be hassle as there is no proper customer service

I think sony is unparalleled there however i think this beats x80l . However x90l is better than u8k the best led TV hisense has. X90l is not the best led TV of Sony is x95l. Which Sony is not releasing in India.

Hisense would have a winner on their hands if they just launched US versions of this tv in India with Google TV and real 1000 nits panels.
I pre-booked the TV after watching US reviews but didn't end up buying it after finding that these are different from the US versions. On top of this, 65 and 75 inch models have IPS panels and have half the contrast ratio compared to the VA variants.
Also some one in Amazone complained about the viewing angle in dark . Have you faced any such issue

Yes, I missed. Viewing angles are good in this TV due to the use of Mini LED's. Expect somewhere around 20% colour and brightness loss at 60 deg angle.

How do you compare this TV with Hisense E7K Pro ? (only Content/OTT/EPL Football)
Is it as good as VU masterpiece ?
Difference between 450Nits and 1000Nits is pretty high, so much so that I will consider it false advertising. Maybe the company was claiming peak 1% to be 1000Nits?
Next time can you also please check maybe 25% or 10% peak highlight brightness? When gaming or watching movies it's rarely that entire screen gets bright so 25 or 10% peak HDR Nits value will help.
Also most of these Mini/Micro LED TVs disable Local Dimming when VRR/Game Mode is turned on. I will really appreciate it you can tell people whether these features are disabled in game mode or not.
These small changes will not only be more beneficial for your viewers but also differentiate you from other RUclipsrs, win win for both :)
Also you can create a separate video too with recommended settings for movies, games and day/night viewing.

you can also measure input lag through some software by connecting a laptop to the tv., as i have seen some international reviewers like rtings, digital trends,hdtvtests,etc. who tests input lag.

Vu masterpiece or u7k which is better?
@pawanwable Vu masterpiece glo TV has around 600+ nits of brightness and comes with IPS panel, Google OS. I think it is a best featured QLED TV at present. After sales service of Vu better than Hisense.
I prefer hisense u7k over VU masterpiece because of the Mini LED, there's nothing wrong with the operating system vidaa or Google, VU comes with android tv os not google, samsung use web os while LG used Tizen os
LG used web os not tizen. After sales service of Hisense is pathetic. VA or IPS panel is depends on room brightness, viewing arrangements and obviously personal choice for deep blacks or contrast ratio.

Mr Kumar, please at least listen what you speak. Presentation is good but you have no clue what are you talking about, technically speaking. Over exaggerated, 6ms is not 1/6 (0.167) of second, it is 0.006 sec. Which is like 28 times lesser.

I would say it matches Sony 82L and slightly lower than Sony 90L.
Yes international model is different as it has four holes for stand narrow and wider, but in India it’s two wide holes only.

In X70L which is available (IPS panel or VA panel)
Tap the screen if it flashes in that area it's a VA panel.
Tap the screen if it doesn't falsh or nothing happens then it's an IPS panel.
Kindly share the picture settings you used with this tv. Tip: You can mention picture settings you used during outro in every tv video!
Note: i pre booked this tv & bought it recently for 51500/- with sbi credit card. With my order, i also got fire stick 4k which hi sense will dispatch within a week & 4 years of warranty.

Hello sir please suggest 55inch tv. I watch usually at night. Only watch OTT over Internet. My budget is 50+- 5k. I need good pictures quality with good HDR performance with natural colour profiles
I don't know why many TV manufacturers advertise Dolby Vision when their panels are 8-bit only. Proper reproduction of Dolby Vision content requires a 10-bit panel and a minimum brightness of 600 - 700 nits. With a 450 nits of brightness, highlights in HDR images will definitely be clipped :-(

Hi, I ordered Hisense U6K from Flipkart but it was manufactured by Hisense India and manufactured at SHED, Chittor, Andhra Pradesh. I have rejected the product. Flipkart has mentioned wrong information in website, Hisense India, Noida. Please suggest does andhra pradesh manufacturing product defective or i can go with the same. Please suggest.
Kindly make a dedicated video on cleaning and maintainence of home appliances and also the products to be used.
55 and 85 inch models have VA panels whereas 65 and 75 inch models have IPS panels.
According to Hisense themselves, IPS models have half the contrast ratio of VA models.
Can you review the 65 or 75 inch models?

Hisense TV ka please aur review mat ki je. Bohat ghatiya hai product and service. 1.5 years liya hu and 1 year service pe he chala gaya. Already 2 bar replacement ho chuka hai refurbished product se and ekbar parts change ho chuka hai. 2-3 months k baad problems phirse ata hai display ka. And servicing bohat slow hai. Abhi phirse display issue hua and abhi tak 2 weeks se kuch updates nahi. Pura harass karke rakh dega Hisense liya toh. Refund bhi nahi dete yeh log. And repair used scratches product se replace karke dega display issue hone pe. Wo bhi 2 replacement k baad bhi abhi tak issues. Please inlogo ka service leke video kije. Mera pas sab documented emails hai.

Friend, the 75 Inch variant shall have an IPS panel, unlike this VA one, and will have less contrast ratio too. It will be great for a Big room, if you are planning for that.

I prefer hisense u7k over lower end sony line up under x90k or L like x64L, x74L, they're all 60 hertz, u7k supports all formats like HDR, HDR+, adaptive HDR, dolby vision /atmos, dolby vision IQ
