I have been vegan for years and slowly moving to WFPB. Thank you so much for the information I love your talks and always learn so much.

Drinking tea, coffee and pop is not drinking your daily amount of water per day. If you drink water you definitely will see improvement in your health.

Okay, I did what you said and went looking for studies on Spirulina and B21 analogs and found this article from 2019 titled "Improvement of vitamin B12 status with Spirulina supplementation in Wistar rats validated through functional and circulatory markers".

The three means for a healthy back : 1) sit on the ground not on a chair; 2) sleep on a hard mattress (or better yet, without a mattress); 3) run daily.

Hi Thank you for this video. Is there any hope for people with a hernia or will it progressively get worse? What can we do about it? More movement? Will it het better with more movement if you already have a hernia?

The most important thing you can do is to follow a whole food plant-based 100% vegan diet that does not contain any oils and is very low in fat, between 10 to 15% of the calories should come from fat, like a little bit of avocado, nuts, and seeds. To learn more about this type of diet you can check out my book which has my recipes or mastering diabetes has a plan and a really good book, and also check out the starch solution. Dr. Brooke Goldner recommends drinking at least 96 ounces of water per day. a physical therapist by the name of Eileen K says to perform 10 squats for every 20 minutes of sitting. Dr. Michael Greger recommends 90 minutes of exercise per day. You also want to take a B12 supplement regardless of what diet you eat. Make sure to eat lots of fruits and vegetables every day. If you are a diabetic, check your blood glucose before every meal, and/or every two hours after a meal to make sure that your blood sugar is not too high and not too low.

The cure is the prevention in this case. Whole food plant-based diet, adequate water intake, and movement.
