    跟足你的方法做,味道不錯,可惜不彈牙,只是肉質夠淋。下次我再做一定要把它撻撻,好像做魚餅般,始終沒有撻過就沒有那種彈牙的感覺。謝謝你提供這個食譜。

    以前豬肉加水,出來效果是水汪汪,跟你學加粟粉水攪2分鐘,讓水份完全被吸收,果真成功了,多謝細心教導小竅門!

    I made this patty and I love it! It is flavorful, tender and juicy. I made several Asian meat patties of other people and many times the patties came out too dry and too compact. But not with this patty, it is very good! Question: what is the secret behind the tenderness & juiciness of this patty? Is it the cornstarch & water? Or the 1 minute of steaming? Or both?

      I have not tried freezing but you can try. It may not be as tasty after freezing

      I already used corn starch and water to mix in the meat. If you want to add egg, you have to reduce corn starch water. It could possibly be too wet.

      你好, 不要客氣, 請問你是不是聽廣東話, 如果是: 你可以依照我這個食譜份量做法, 細心觀看我的影片, 應該肉餅不會硬, 因為很多觀眾嘗試過, 都覺得好味, 我家中也時常煎這個肉餅, 都沒有硬的問題。
      (細心觀看, 跟足方法照做)

      生粉我沒有試過, 如果沒有粟粉, 可以嘗試用生粉, 若然買得到用粟粉。
