- A Republican state lawmaker from Vermont has apologized for repeatedly pouring water into a Democratic colleague's bag, after he caught her doing it on video.
Vile and disgusting. She did this over a period of time, not one time only. She's apologizing because she got caught. "Doesn't reflect on her as a human being" she said but she's passing laws holding others accountable. Level of corruption in that state house must be astounding
