There's a video of cops raiding a home, with a cop who's clearly tripping on some high potency drugs and not one of 5 cops wants to acknowledge it. It's called a pattern of practice, and it's been built into their toxic sub culture. The solution is easy, elected officials need to start being removed for allowing attorney generals and district attorneys to not prosecute title 18 section 242, then start removing prosecutors who fail to charge police in criminal matters. Then go after the individual departments. Elected officials also need to add legislation that removes qualified immunity, and criminalized unionization of government jobs. Then these cops will start following the law. It's only once their legal protections are removed will any incentive to improve begin, body cameras have only made the issue more viewable. Chiefs still aren't firing bad cops, prosecutors aren't charging, the FBI isn't investigating, attorney generals don't care, and it starts from the top down.

If they were actually prosecuted for their crimes they wouldn't be doing it as often. They removed qualified immunity in Colorado but cops are only responsible for up to $25000 and from what I've heard it's not really stopping them. Charge them for assault kidnapping etc they may mind their manners.
@@jondoe406 and also I like how people are always the taxpayers the taxpayers and nobody really cares about the billion sent to Ukraine and other foreign interests. If a cop breaks my back while kidnapping me he's not going to be able to afford to pay what the millions I'll need for care, hospital, pain suffering etc.
Thank you for your service against poli ce
They could easily stop bad cops from skipping from one station to another by permanently removing their certification and barring them from obtaining certification ever again. Also, make these bad cops pay the lawsuits themselves taking the burden off the taxpayer. The officer in question here is a habitual offender and surely would, and possibly be, end up eventually in prison.
how is this bully not in jail..
None of the so-called good cops will arrest him
Should never be allowed to be in law enforcement
Put him behind bars, he is a criminal...
Right because they are so diligent and ethic to report or file a report we all gotta sue them whenever possible to make them understand they don't run the show.
What crooked tactics. Fired and taken their police cert as well. Firing
The judge has never seen a video like that! Where has she been?
At the country club and private swank parties with the rest of the local elites, all patting themselves on the back for "service" to the community.
She doesn't know about RUclips apparently lol
Citizens should have the legal rights to defend themselves from unlawful entry by way of right to bare arms.
The other officer "felt" uncomfortable, but not enough to arrest the officer trying to extort the boat repair guy.
Take note people, they protect each other even when one is committing crimes in their presence.
That judge, never seen a video like that, just do a search online and will see hundreds of them...
... tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands at least...
This is just the one that was caught.
As a retired peace officer and former instructor, I can say that proper training is the biggest part of the problem. The other is the quality of recruitment. These agencies have a culture that is based in the past. The country needs a minimum requirement for both recruiting and training. Honesty is everything, and my first comment was NEVER do ANYTHING you'd be embarrassed to tell a Judge.
It’s a slap on the face to those abused by this so called police man to be given any awards after his criminal activities 😢
Well judge do your job and put the police man in jail for breaking the law that is The Constitution that is what you said !!!
It's really the DA that would need to file the charges
And this is the beauty of policing they do wrong and can just say sue the city like it's nothing
Because it is nothing to them. They wont pay the settlement, we will
And cops wonder why no one trusts or respects them anymore.
And nothing ever happens to him? What a country!
This should not be happening anymore, ever. Think of all the people harmed. Ridiculous.
They won't comment due to ongoing litigation, but when it's over, they still don't answer questions. And if they do at all, it's just copslaining, half-truths, and shifting blame.
They need to have a harsh penalty for not reporting bad officers
That's all we need is one view to see this is an illegal entry! You DON'T go into someones house without a warrant, period!
Happens every day, just a few bad apples. Wake up people and hold law enforcement accountable.
The Federal government needs to step in and try to prevent this type of police abuse!
Gov't House NEVER helps.
Stop relying on Gov't House to solve your problems.
Lol.. yeah, don't hold your breath.
They do. Phoenix PD is really really bad too and they just had the hammer come down on them by the DOJ.
No way. All that spending needs to happen at the state level. They need to pay for their own mess.
They just did in Arizona and the police union is trying to discredit the investigation that found years of civil rights violations and criminal behavior by the cops.
That plaque should have said Criminal of The Year.
Finally real journalism
