Tarrant County inmates celebrate graduation from prison reentry program

The graduation, like any ceremony across the region, still includes tears, handshakes and hugs -- because the sheet of paper is more than that.

I was part of the original program with chiefs noel and Navarro. Program changed my life. Vets are not excused for crime but deserve programs like this because vets communicate better with other vets unlike civilians who can't relate

​@todayilearnedsomething8105 yep we sure can. As a felon and someone who's voted I can 100% confirm. Once your time is done and you fully completed your sentence you are free to vote
