To be clear Commentary Channels have a lot to give but some clearly fit the meme that people like Joey Barke parody.
An example of using big names in videos go something like this. Oi RUclips, That Vegan Teacher did something to PewDiePie. Oi, That Vegan Teacher did a massive... Basically all I need to do is add their name into the description 3 times for the algorithm to take off. Dhar Mann is another good one for example. Ehem Dhar Mann. Dream is an ok keyword but meh, not much from Dream these days.
I mentioned Pointless, Connor Pugs, Pancho and Dacept. They're all doing their thing. Kinda funny how it's all very much the same thing, but who actually cares.

Yeah, as someone who watches him if you really wanted fascinating drama it's seeing how many times he can say the wrong thing even in non-serious situations. The man is really bad at speaking, which kind of lends it to why you can find him in lots of drama.
If only drama channels investigated his more stellar reactions like "Dream interrogates fans about it they ship him and his best friend."

The funny thing about the Tagswag controversy is that most commentary channels like *Pegasus,* *sensitive society,* or *Jadyn* accused him and each other for stealing their content, but in reality, they did the exact same "commentary channel" formula all over again (annoying/mundane voice, gameplay footage, milking the same topic like Dream or Vegan Teacher, etc.)

In a very egotistical way too, if they feel like someone is suggesting that they are wrong they get very defensive, yet still feel the need to put a kind of disclaimer after every claim they make in the form of petty meaningless insults, or "Idk it just feels like that"

I found Pegasus recently, and I'm glad it kinda just changed from Dream only stuff to gimmick subreddits and twitter accounts with commentary less frequently. Sometimes they do would you rathers and they;'re fun. t's nice to see a channel move into something that they actually seem at home with. They've done a couple of videos where they joked about the whole dream thing with other people like Nux Taku, admitted that they genuinely enjoy Dhar Mann's content and seem to just take the whole commentary thing less seriously now.
Also I may be slightly biased because we both have auto immune disorders but no biggie

It’s also like they all end up having some really bigoted views and make something to complain about out of something that wasn’t even mentioned/implied
The reason why I dislike commentary so much is because all they do is spit on people and then milk it. It reminds me of when that jellybean girl got big and every commentary channel flocked to her and then kicked her skull into some wooden spikes. If there is some valid reason to criticise someone, then do so, but for people who are literally just making content for fun and aren't hurting anybody, then just leave them be.

It's the constant spew of titles like "Gen Z is doomed," "Gen Z is so idiotic," "Gen Z is so sensitive" that does it for me. I'm so sick and tired of this rhetoric from commentary channels run by people who actively *focus* on sharing the bad side of things. It makes me so disappointed to see their comment sections full of edgy know-it-all teens *who are likely Gen Z themselves, living proof of the title being wrong,* stating things like "Gen Z isn't doomed, we're all doomed," or "I'm disappointed to be a part of this generation." Gen Z is so full of goodness and genuinely good people who are mainly trying to progress the world in the different ways they view to be right. Sure, they argue and can stubbornly refuse to listen to other points of view, but in my experience that is just a vocal minority. These vitriolic videos just seem to spread the narrative that *all of Gen Z* are self-centered teens who cry over a chip falling on the floor and it makes me so frustrated.

I don't remember who in the commentary community said this, but it was in a JustARobot rant video of sort where the person commentating outright admitted that this was all a game to the drama community. They don't care about the truth or what actually happened, he described it as "entertainment until the next drama comes out" or something to that effect and was glorifying that, and that's when I began to realize why I hate the commentary community; they're mostly disingenuous with only a handful of okay people in there that are unfortunately drowned out by the majority.

I was subbed to tagswag since he had about 100 subs but eventually let him go because his takes just got worse and worse. All these channels are just clones of each other tbh. There's room for one or two but they don't work as a genre.
