WB couldn't survived much long with that wounds, Akainu was basically fine except a little bleeding on the head. I hate Akainu but to say WB was dominating their fight, while WB has received lethal injuries and Akainu not, is bs imo. It is unbelievably impressive that he could hold up with Akainu and eventually it was rather a draw than a win for anyone imho.
