Man.. my greatest consideration, RUclipsrs all around the world get thousands of subscribers teaching (often times in a very approximate way)songs you’ve been co-writing while you got less than 10k.. it’s like, the others do the talking, you do history ❤
Was just telling my wife exactly that Such nice chord voicings What a legendary moment it must have been watching you and Jay recording that One of my favorites most definitely You're just incredible Rob Keep em coming!
I'm from Brazil and bossa nova is complicated, this song when I heard it reminded me of Matt Bianco's bossa nova. And I love. Rob thank you so much for your generosity, for showing you how to play and some touches.
Well, I was able to play this masterpiece years ago, but I left guitar for studying drums. In these last days I try to play again my guitar with few song. This is one of my favourite. Well when I played with you at the end of video I finally cried. So beautiful!
Maestro Rob, Thank you so much! You probably don't know how much this lesson means to me. For the future I wished you could show your community 'Blue Skies'. Dankeschön from Germany.
This is one of my favourite songs...It used to play it all the time on my Walkman disc player while stargazing on the roof. Thanks to the man who played the rhythm, now I’ll be able to play it on the guitar too
Since I discover your channel, I laugh and learned as a child again. Very thanks for being so accurate and fun to pay attention. My AHDH thank you. Master Rob. ♥
This is such a wonderful lesson and it fills me with joy as a musician to see legends such as yourself showing the world how to walk the walk, thanks for this Rob
Damn I've wanted to learn how to play this since I was like 17! I'm 39 now and finally nailed it! Thanks dude! Awesome tutorial. Saw you guys in Glasgow for Rock Dust Light Star, was one of the best concerts I've ever seen! Hope to see you in Montreaux again some time. All the best 🙏🏻
Thanks Rob, perfect lesson for a wet Cambridgeshire day. You always were a great teacher, still playing the Washburn EA26 you got for me circa 98, only problem is that all my old lessons are on C60 cassettes. Things are getting a bit crazy again might need a few more master classes!
Can't get better than this! So love this song which helped me many times. Thankfully appreciated by a long time fan of your playing (with Jamiroquai)! Thanks Rob, so love your "Bossa Nova" here. Made my Corona day and am gonna learn it now :) keep it coming please.
Thank you a lot Rob. I really enjoy your videos even as a bass player. Could you maybe break down "love foolosophy" on a future video ? Also, i love the hidden track "do it like we used to do" on the japanese version of funk odyssey, such an incredible fast but flying tune. Big love from France
Absolutely brilliant Rob. I was thinking to myself.. When you were working out the chord progression you probably used the base notes as a starting point and listened to what Jay was singing to figure out where your other fingers should be in each chord. Not quite as easy as it looks especially when Jay has you under pressure to come up with something quick!
Good and generous sir, hope you can also teach us the chords to half the man, space cowboy, and acoustic version of lovefool :) great tutorial! Cheers from sunny Manila,Philippines

The chord progression in the chorus expresses a peacefulness I can't describe. Add the lyrics and for a moment you feel content.
