hello my friend..try this again.. 1. Disable Defender and Antivirus Software 2. Run SFC Scan.. find cmd on your computer and run it as Administrator Type sfc /scannow and press Enter to scan the entire system for corruption and repair it. 3. Delete Temp Files

you do know that its the architecture of your device, right?
if your Pc is 32 bit, or x86, pick 32 bit.
if your pc is 64 bit, or x64, pick 64 bit.
