I have been watching your channel for a long time, in the near future I will get my r6, I am a beginner, I am a girl and I love motorcycles, I like to deal with them in general, until my r6 comes, I am engaged in painting and transferring my love for motorcycles to canvas, and I enjoy watching your videos, I hope you make an Instagram soon, I believe there are many people who are interested in this type of content.🙆
Thanks for watching! Unfortunately I probably won’t be doing an Instagram. Since the bike build is done now I have moved on to a new build on a Subaru WRX which I will start making videos soon for it. 🤙🏼
@@AaronWhitt82 Thank you for your reply, I hope that I can always turn to here for advice, And once again, go ahead with the recording, and the r6 is great👌👌
Yeah I was in process of checking my shift rod and alignment & everything to see if that was causing false neutrals sometimes. Then I found this shift arm which is supposed to help deflection and firm up the shifts.
@@stephenweewoo I didn’t end up using it. I attached the lower heim joint to the inside of the shift lever and make sure the shift arm is at 90° and my shifting seems better. Going from 1st to 2nd I just push down a bit harder and I haven’t had any more issues really.
@AaronWhitt82 not sure if you found an answer but the Joe's shift arm isn't intended to be used on a bike. It's main purpose is for micro sprints running r6 engines. The offset allows chassis to utilize a cable for shifting versus a direct linkage setup.

@@AaronWhitt82Did this end up working, same setup as you with the rear sets and gp and I get false neutrals.
