Lovely build that! When I get my actual workshop finished this is exactly the sort of thing I want to put in it. I had the same idea with the mitre saw on a pull out tray as I’ve got a dewalt saw with the rails at the back.. would be a lot cheaper than a kapex or the Bosch slider!
Thanks very much. It’s working well so far. I would say you need some very heavy duty sliders to minimise the saw moving whilst extended or perhaps a locking system which should be easy enough to do.
The two hoses were an option from record through Yandles, a UK hardware store. I’d say any 40mm hose would work if you can get it to fit but the record ones are fit for purpose and not too expensive.
Looks the biscuits bud 👌
I’ll be building my shed next year so this set up seems quite easy. Thanks for sharing ❤❤
I’m putting together plans for a modular version of this at the moment, I’ll advertise on the channel so watch this space!

Loving the t-shirt!!!
That's awesome Mike, Impressively accurate work, it looks like something you'd expect to pay a small fortune for, really impressive!
Seems to have hit a RUclips cord too. 35 new subs in 18 hours and a fair few views. Fingers crossed it keeps going.
@@CaptainofmyShed that's fantastic. Yes it seems to be doing rather well.
Hoist the main sail and flap the kipper jacks, Captain of the Shed is back on board !
