Driving a stick car on the right hand side is crazy. It would be hard to get used too. Being right handed and being from the USA where you drive on the left. Shift on the right
We get used to it, drive on the left with RHD mostly manual cars. Driving a LHD here is more awkward, much like if you drove a RHD car in the US.. I have 2 LHD manual cars, and changing gear with my right hand is odd..one in regular use, one in bits.
Great video, I came across from the Hubnut live stream recently - hope the subscribers keep on coming! Well done for saving this from the scrapper, that’ll be a great car for someone 👍
@@simonduckworth5941 Thankyou for joining, I gained 10 that night but it only told me the names of 2 or 3.. Appreciate the support, it makes it all worthwhile. It's not a bad car at all the oil leak was a gamble but seems to have turned out an easy cheap fix
@@carllockpick6179 Exactly that, these days older cars fall foul of Scrappage schemes and killed off. Plenty of good affordable cars are lost in the name of the Environment. This is ULEZ and all other low emmision zone friendly...
Looks a very tidy wee car and I'm glad the oil leak was something simple. The subframe has also been nicely rustproofed for winter now, another win!
@@split_pin Absolutely that, it won't rust now 🤣🤣
Few parts ordered and a weekends work it should be finished.. did youn see the 75 video?
I was looking for that, will check it out now!

@Mickhanic-garage nice car, I used to drive a 504 diesel family estate in the mid eighties, great runabout, probably ended up in Africa.
@@carllockpick6179 The Peugeots of that era were unbreakable
Great video Mick. Congratulations hitting the 1k subscribers. Something we are aiming for.👍👍
@@redsworkshopuk Cheers mate , appreciate the support.. Taken 2 years almost to the day which isn't bad at all
Congratulations on getting to 1000 subs Mick 🎉. Onwards and upwards! 🚀
@@charliecoco2115 Thankyou for watching
Great quick flip car, hope there are not too many issues to sort.👍
@@michaelkeen5010 few small bits but the costs aren't too bad.. couple of tyres I didn't realise as I bought it getting dark with a torch 🤣
well done for hitting 1k mick!
@@lucythemoggy1970 Thankyou, it's good to know people are watching and like it..
Thanks for watching 😃
mick ur not mental, I would clean where the tail lights sit too!
@@lucythemoggy1970 Ahh that's ok then.. I cant promise the carpet isn't coming out to wash it though 🤣🤣🤣
I would even clean the bulbs! it's surprising how much dust sits on the glass dulling the light!
this would be a good addition to the channel, buying everyday cars cheap to flip, pug 107/ toyota aygo/ citroen c1 are good cars to flip mick :)
@@Mickhanic-garage i would do the same, a good detail will get a great price when you sell, nowt wrong with attention to detail
@lucythemoggy1970 that's the plan, cheap easy to sell things to fund the oddball stuff I can't get parts for in the UK..
