Competent Makoto who leverages her abilities to actually accomplish the things she talks about would probably be in line with Beatrice for irredeemable villain status tbh.

In her bond events we see how she reacts when things are actually going her way, she'd be a pretty proper leader if she didn't have a streak of bad timing and a bad eye for cooperators(similar to aru and Saori). Its her charisma that manages to keep her in any sort of relevant, as funny as that sounds. She has the sauce, she just sucks in every other department and doesn't want to admit it.
Makoto is probably pretty personally powerful but I think the reason she has the job is mostly she is the only one who wants it. Gehenna students are obsessed with their own interests. Student leadership sounds a bit too much like work.

i mean, yeah kinda agree and understandable. while aru has same dork lvl but we often see her makeup she lacking in background and when she bluffing she really bad at it that so funny because we know its a bluff. but when makoto doing bluff we know she actually can pull it off because she is top head gehena. also we rarelly see her doing something that really make her likeable, because when makoto doing something and went south hina is the one who clean her ass off. and after that makoto can get away without being sorry or anything. while aru doing something bad and make her suffer, her friend make up for it, aru feel sorry for what she did. tho she would do that again in the future, the apologize she did is genuie. thats the different
