- About 10 years ago, my fiancé Guy went to stay with his Granny in London. A few days previous her next door neighbour had tragically taken her own life. Through the bedroom walls Guy heard her grieving grandson playing this song on repeat throughout the entire night. This story broke my heart and it still does even now. I hope he found comfort in this song that night. Wherever he is, this one is for him.

Jennifer, don't change for people who cannot appreciate your immense talent. There are some songs that "skinny blonde girls" just cannot pull off. This is one such song: YOUR rendition is beyond beautiful. YOU sing this song so emotively, each note with the rich palette of colours that these lyrics deserve. YOUR voice and YOUR interpretation are what make this cover stand above all others, including the original.
Also, your choice to go with the silent "F" on the word "life" is genius.

This is the most beautiful cover I've ever heard.
Beautiful version. My son has been going through this for almost 2 years and was just recently diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia and Bipolar and BPD among other things. He calls me every day and I just listen. It's heartbreaking for him and I. I pray to God he hears my prayers that he won't succeed in his attempts. This song hits every feeling I have to the core.
