I've watched several of your video's. I am thoroughly impressed. You really have seen many amazing dive sites. A quick question. I haven't dived in several years. I have my Padi Advanced Diving Certificate. I am or I use to be a professional diver, (licenced, but that was a while ago) My question is, will i be able to dive without having any current dives under my belt. thank you
Thank you for the comment. Most dive centres run refreshers. It only takes a day and could be built into the first day of your dive trip. Dive check requirements vary with dive centres; if you haven't dived for a long time, it is wise to have a quick refresher.
Like the footage, Very clear pictures, good lighting , high resolution ,Good editing and i realy like the breefings ; it's like i'm realy there for diving . But if i may suggest one thing...try to film less from above.( For example the shots of nudi's...) Footage from eye-level or from low to above is so much nicer to watch.
I love these videos, thanks for all your efforts! My wife and I want to visit the Philippines for a some diving in March. We're thinking of Malapascua and Puerto Galera, but are open to any suggestions or tips! Thanks again!
Thank you for the comment. I've only dived three locations in the Philippines, the top one being Malapascua. Gato island and Monad shoal are unique. Take a look at Sea Explorers web page. They have a number of five star centers and can organise your relocation between dive locations with minimum effort during your stay. We dived with them this summer, and I would recommend them. Unfortunately, I don't believe they have a centre in Puerto Galera.
While staying at Sea Explorers in Malapascua, we were thoroughly impressed with their excellence. From their top-notch management to the outstanding boat facilities and dive center, the experience was exceptional. If you decide to book with them, kindly mention our channel. We greatly appreciate it! Visit their website at www.sea-explorers.com/. Thank you! :)
@@shotsbyscott6243 Hello, we stayed at the one right next door. I can't recall its name, but it seems to be affiliated with the dive center. If you stand with your back to the sea, it is the building to the left. It was basic but pleasant, and the balcony overlooks the beach and sea. I believe it was connected to the dive center. facebook.com/seaexplorersph Hope this helps :)
Thank you for the comment. The creature at 14:20 is a cuttlefish seen from the front. check-out ruclips.net/video/b8a7hVR2e8Y/видео.html at 12:02 here you have another cuttlefish, almost the same stance (but not quite).

@@DivingandDogs Thank you for the great tip!
If you do head to Puerto Galera I would recommend Capt'n Greggs Dive Resort or Atlantis Dive Resort.
@@DivingandDogs Great, thank you!
Great videos! I am planning a trip to Moalboal and Malapascua. Where did you stay on Malapascua and can you recommend this place. Thanks!

Thanks for the information. Which hotel did you stay at? When I look at their website I see a couple of options. Thanks.

You had much better luck than I did seeing the threshers...yes, I saw them but they were quite far away. And what is that creature at 14:20?
Thank you for the comment.

So do I need open water to do the threshers or???
You only need entry-level. But a more advanced cert would be better.
@@DivingandDogs thank you
Nak dani dito ba kau nag diving
Thank you for your question, yes we went to Malapascua on a dive holiday.
