NO WAY #TeamPistachioToffee I have dreams about the deliciousness of the Pistachio Toffee Chocolate Chip Cookie from Gideon's We got all of these but the specials back in April and are now stuck in Minnesota with no Gideon's! Though the line may reach us here soon ;-)
They should actually offer a "Time of the Month Cookie" because . . . cravings!

I love gideons!! My favorite flavors are chocolate chip , peanut butter crunch , then the triple chocolate chip , and finally the cookies n cream cookie, all delicious 😋.
Gideon’s peanut butter cookie is my absolute favorite. If you like pb cookies, you’ll love it. 10/10 for me. The coffee cake cookie is 9.5/10.
Love the PB Cold Brew - delicious! The pistachio toffee cooking is soooo good.

It’s funny cause we tried pistachio and cookies and cream the only time we ever tried Gideons and I absolutely loved both. Pro (not really) tip: bring some back to your hotel/resort and yes, even though they’re melty, they’re perfectly wrapped so you can make it all the way back to put them in the fridge and save them for park days to eat on the go for a light (but rich too) breakfast. Definitely still tasty cold.

Triple chocolate with the peanut butter frosting is the best!!! It took us three days to eat it! haha Very rich! This was a fun video! Like these three together!

Question for Sage.... Are you also not a fan of the underbaked cookie?
As a pastry chef, I never really understood the reason people go crazy over under-baked cookies. I get that there is a gooey factor, but there is a better depth of flavor from the caramelization of the sugar and and satisfying snap of a crispy exterior and slightly softer center. If I can fold the cookie or dent my cookie clear to the bottom, I find it my stomach gets upset from the uncooked portion.
I too found the cookies too be underwhelming and mainly BECAUSE of the texture and the excessive amount of toppings. The flavors profiles were good, but my stomach did not agree with the taste buds.
how do you join the vritual que for Gideon's? I believe I rememebr a previous video mentioning there was a virtual que but it is quick to fill up.
You have to go to the store entrance. They only do them sometimes, on particularly busy days. You can’t join from elsewhere, you have to physically go to the store. Or you can go to their original store in Orlando and not wait in line at all.

Gonna go with a big nope for me dogg. I've heard that they are almost like they aren't totally cooked, there is way too much choc. chips on those so just no. I don't like cookie dough though so there is that.
I have never had that experience with Gideons. I'm disappointed, because I might actually like the cookies even more if they were undercooked.

Artificial banana, cherry, strawberry, and grape are all better than the real thing.
There is no line worth buying a salted cookie. Any cookie in WDW is better than salt cookies from Gideons.
