Probably the control for them fell/melted off
Sad thing was that the fire was burning to the point where it burnt through the fuselage causing bodies to fall out of the plane.
Bodies were found 11 miles from the airport. What a fire

I think that even if they managed to land the plane safely, the fire services wouldn't extinguish the fire on time...

This is one of the most disturbing crashes I have ever seen.

This woudnt have happened if the ATC had just said:There’s a fire on the gear…instead the ATC didn’t say a thing about the fire and what they didn’t know is that not saying one phrase would have caused this tragic incident

The fire from the tires then burn through electrical and Hydraulic systems which then triggered in flight fire

Very unlikely the ATC even saw it
Atc confused them with another plane as well, although it probably didn't matter at that point, but it cost them valuable seconds
This one could've been avoided entirely, had the maintenance crew completed the tire change on the plane instead of being told to stop the tire change completely.
It is scary by the fact the things that are falling out of the plane are burning passengers

The cause of the accident was that the tires were under-inflated before departure and overheated, causing friction between the tires and the ground during the takeoff roll, causing a fire.

Cause of the crash : the landing gear caught on fire while the plane was ready for takeoff when it closed the wheels the fire went inside the fuselage causing the fuselage to burn sadly the fire got bigger causing the parts to break apart at 0:42 causing the plane to crash at 0:49
