The reason they died is because the sheer impact slammed them into the control column and actually squished the brain into the skull, like throwing a piece of jelly into a brick wall at high speeds. The security guard died because he was trapped in the cockpit and burned to death.
The thing was that engine flame in the no. 4 engine was not a factor to the stall of the aircraft. That happens when a plane pitches too up causing the fuel flowing to the engine to power it pours out as of gravity, causing the oil to be burned.

Cause: Airplane failed to take-off because pilot stalled the airplane
Cause: Pilots put on wrong trim setting, and improper cargo at the back of the airplane causing the plane to pitch up steeply.
But it wasn’t the pilots fault, it was based on faulty calculations from improper load sheets they were given.
