Recently pulled 2 oracle cards that basically told me “don’t judge, and don’t people please” so basically, just observe those around you without labeling any action they take or thing they say as cringy, harsh, shameful, damning, and then make sure you aren’t taking actions simply to please them or cater to them, simply be yourself, as you would want them to do if you were in their shoes. That is true compassion
Another way to stay in your energy field is to actually estsblish your energetic field, what I like to call, your room to breathe. The way to do that is to sit quietly, put your hands on your lap, look around the room, notice a couple of things bcz it helps to bring your attention back to you and your body. Take a breath in and exhale like you are blowing out candles. phooooo. Two or three times with the intention that any energy in my field that doesn’t belong to me, help me, lift me up is pushed out. After you do this exhale two or three times, and you just scan, until you feel, set the intention, everybody out of the phoooo, conscious or unconscious. Three times is usually enough. The fourth breath in up through your feet into your heart space. And then open your jaw and let out the sound, Aaaaah. And let the energy of your spirit, your intention, your energy, your field to expand and fill you up. Like a bright light filling you up from the inside out and pushing the world away. You are not cutting yourself off from the world. You are just basically saying, I can hear you better over there, I can deal with you better over there, instead of being flooded. And then see yourself protected left and right, above and below, front and back by your guardian angels and your helper guides. See this energy held in place. And then set your intention. These are my priorities. This is my intention today. And this is my room to breathe. These things done on a regular basis will help you very much not get blindsided and caught up and thrown into the wheel of other people' s energy. It just takes a moment of focus but a verbalization, you have to vocalize and say, these are my intentions, these are my priorities. It keeps you grounded. Its a subtle shift but it sets boundaries, sets your intention. But it broadcasts into your energetic field to others, I am not available. I am sorry you are having a bad day. But I am not going to get pulled into it. And by the third or fouth time, you will notice you are not sucked into it. Whatever it is about you, feels pretty good to mind your own business. And you know what else you will notice? Whatever dervish of drama was going past you, it resolves. Your not actually involved actually prevents it from amplifying. You are doing a person in the drama as well, by not throwing another log into the fire.

I am living in an environment(shared space) in which I am not comfy and I absorb everything. I absolutely hate it because I feel like I don't have any control over it right now. It's extremely toxic and I can pick up on everything so that doesn't make it any better.
Could you maybe do something on dealing with hurt and being unloved/ not respected or valued. I don’t talk to my parents anymore but I still always have a huge wound from their abuse and I still want more than anything on Earth to be loved by them.
Look within luv..you will find love within you...do u love you? Go within and ask yourself and ur innerchild if you love you..if the answer is no..start by choosing to begin to love yourself..i choose to love me all day everyday truely,deeply,unconditionally and authenticly!!!! Hugs to you, Tnijo O. Kudos for loving yourself enough to protect yourself by not talking to them. Your parents choices are not your fault. I have similar wounds and know they can be really hard to heal. Being loving to myself and my inner child helped and still the wound persisted. I still felt that need to be loved by my parent you spoke of. I also knew and accepted they could never give that. So I chose a new parent figure. I have found this surprisingly helpful. It could be someone you know or could be anyone who has the qualities that are what you wished you'd had in a parent. Could even be a fictional character. Having this more positive parental figure in my mind has helped me heal so much. I've noticed a lot of the hurtful, negative messages my parents gave me more easily fading and being replaced by loving supportive ones. It's really just another way of giving yourself the love you deserved but didn't receive. I think having the image of a loving parent figure really helps solidify it though. I highly recommend reparenting yourself this way.

I come from a family where some spirit is attacking our mental faculties and spirituality generation after generation. I was considered an extraordinary child but my concentration is in a sorry state today. Trying to get overboard this negative energy.

Thank you, I do this all the time which contributes to alot of my hate towards people, because I feel what they don't say and so many people pretend and doubt that i can't see them. it's irritating when so many people pretend instead of improving on their negativity inside, instead allow it to masked by false actions made to seem the opposite of how they actually feel. I hate it. I've walked away so many people who do this, yet I still sit with my anger with them. I needed this.

Wow! Good question! My problem is, I've been a "warrior" for people that are the underdog. I have proudly stated my politics and beliefs without trying to convince anyone, that my views are the "correct" views. It has created a problem with my kids who are in their early 30's, to the point we talk anymore. I've been working with a mentor and I am slowly opening up more spiritually. I am a Massage Therapist and a Reiki Practitioner. So I'm trying to give up the "warrior" in me and embrace more into the "healer". I've given up on almost all news. I'm immersed in meditating, some yoga, prayer, affirmations, vivid dreams,releasing old trauma etc., but to be honest, somedays I feel like a monk! So the past 4-5 days, not really watching the news, but I'm off my schedule. I can see that I'm not getting many messages from Spirit and went to hear some political speakers. Wish it wasn't so hard to be such a good person! I'd appreciate some advice too.
What has helped me is turning off the news, unsubscribing from news channels on youtube, and basically stop listening. What Sonia says is so true, mind your own business. Focus on your day to day, moment by moment, your daily routines, your energy, and your emotional well being and energetic balance. Energy is everything on a day to day basis. Just keep bringing your attention back to grounded embodied presence.
Hi Sonia, thank you for your suggestions. I have also had experiences in the past where I made myself too available to friends or coworkers and then got brought into their personal dramas. Although I am usually pretty good about being diplomatic and knowing when to retreat if the dramatic behavior escalates. It can be hard with people who are very good friends you have known awhile to step back from them but I agree, you are actually doing them a favor by withdrawing from participating in their drama. I have close friend of mine. He is lonely etc. I did my best to help him out. Problem is he sees everything glass is half empty 👉🏻 and I request him refer to few books and Let him choose his own destiny.
@@sanketdoshi9974 Yes, I have had similar experiences with MANY people. I am naturally optimistic. I tend to see the positive in most things that pessimistic type people don't. All you can do is kindly suggest a positive perspective and hope eventually they will gain some positive insight for themselves. Good news is that for people who are a bit more open-minded and maybe somewhat skeptical, usually it is easier for them to at least try thinking more positive. It does take practice and persistence to keep a positive mindset despite other people's negativity or pessimism. I am still working on it myself! :) 🙏 However, I prefer to spend more of my time with optimistic and practical minded people.

Then I started listening to Hay House radio in the early 2000s, learned about Sonia Choquette, Colette Baron Reid, Denise Linn and Robert Holden who are all good teachers and give good advice about life challenges. The people at Mindvalley are also very positive mindset oriented.
