    Same day reaction, LET'S GOOO!
You might have to wait a minute on that fight between Jinwoo and Dongsoo. They missed their window just now, and they've both got other things to do.
The White Tiger Guild is named after its founder, Baek Yoonho, for reasons that make a lot more sense for you now, I bet. He's a powerhouse, a fine leader, and a hell of a guy.
That conversation between Jinwoo and Baruka needs to be studied. The amount of info that dropped inside twenty seconds is stunning. Monsters have their own language, which Jinwoo speaks. Monsters are told by a voice in their heads to kill humans, but they don't recognize Jinwoo as one. If monsters try to explain their motivations, they glitch out and replay the previous part of the conversation. There's a lot to unpack there. LOTS of questions; no answers in sight.
Third time Jinwoo has been betrayed and attacked by humans in a dungeon. Goodbye, Kim Chul - hello, IRON! What an entrance. Not good for much alive, but dead, that's our boi.
The failure to raise certain monsters is an interesting thing that will eventually get examined for answers. Not this season, though.
In many Asian cultures, there's a lot of complex social stuff around how you refer to someone. The following explanation is for Japanese, as I can't remember much about the Korean. The vast majority of people you talk to, it's going to be "(Family Name)-san" in Japanese, which is how Song-Yi was addressing Jinwoo before the Red Gate. For people you're a bit more personally close to, you can go to "(Given Name)-san." Asking someone to address you in a more familiar way is a significant thing. Song-Yi skipped all that and went directly to "(Given Name)-kun," which is a much more personal form of address. Given that Jinwoo is older than Song-Yi, and they're not classmates, there are few reasons why she would refer to him that way. They must've gotten A LOT closer, very suddenly. That would be raising plenty of red flags for Junho already, but that conversation they were having... can't blame him for drawing the conclusions he did. Not to mention the fact that she was clearly wanting to wrap herself around Jinwoo like a scarf.
You raise an interesting question there, at the end. What if there are people who have been stuck in gates for years? I wonder...

Hell yeah! I’m going to try my best with keeping this pace up, for this series at least! 😂😂
Jesus! What a novel to read! I absolutely love it!😂😂
MIND BLOWN!!! It so makes sense why it’s named the White Tiger Guild! Didn’t really think it would be so literal!😂
Iron is waaaaayyy cooler than his former self! What kinda caught my eye though was with is power up shout he seemed to struggle to get it out! Raises questions for me!
Crazy how the dungeon monsters having a “voice” making them target human! WHO in the hell is pulling the strings in this world! What the hell did Jinwoo do, when accepted that message so many episodes ago! It’s all wild and I’m pumped just talking about it!!

The few years thing hurts my soul! 😂😂😂 Especially since I need to make sure I don’t spoil anything for myself for that long too! But I’m sure it will be all worth it in the end!

"He can do it with people too, not just monsters."
I would argue that at the point Kim Chul was cut down he was a monster. He tried to kill the lower level hunters by sending them out with no provisions, attempted to kill them as collaborators for "hidden supplies", and finally attempted to kill Sung Jinwoo in the middle of a fight that no other hunter there could've even come close to surviving. Kim Chul ended up being a liability to everyone in that dungeon group, including himself.

Hey, I like that! A nice perspective switch! Could agree more, that asshole deserved what was coming to him and I’m glad it was Jinwoo who took him out! He is so much more useful as IRON anyways!😂😂
Regardless of all that, human is human and I think Jinwoo knows that. That’s why I think he keeps losing pieces of his humanity, every time he takes them out!
The system is really messing with him! Sure it’s making him more powerful to fight in the dungeons but at a heavy cost.
Thanks for the comment, I really appreciate it. I love learning how others interpret different scenes in this series. Thank you. 😄
